Victor looked at me with confusion, his flushed face wrinkling as he looked over his left shoulder to look at Sir Shadow. “Oh, him?” Victor asked. “I didn’t do anything to him. He was sleeping when I got here.” Victor’s reply worried me even more. With the drunken state that he’s in, I doubt he would be able to fight his way in to this chambers against anyone, let alone Sir Shadow. “What are you doing here” I asked again. Victor pouts at me, quite literally pouts. “I missed you.” He stated as he stepped closer. “Is it so wrong to miss the woman I love?”

She had come to him with information about Serena, but her eyes told him she wanted more than just talk. Lia stepped closer, her voice soft and pleading. “Uncle Victor… I know I made mistakes. But I can make it right. Let me show you how loyal I can be.” Victor’s eyes moved over her slowly. He was tired. Angry. But the sight of her body stirred something in him. He had always kept his distance, but tonight the house was quiet. Adrian was gone. His wife was away. No one would know. “Come here,” he said, his voice low and commanding.

He had to see her soon but he will be locked in here for as long as the pass of a full season. His chest is heavy, he scrubs his face using his right hand and then he heaves a deep sigh. But it was all worth it, Annabelle was worth it. She was worth his comfortable room nor the smile he got from his parents or friends. For once he was proud of acting violently. He would do anything for love, anything for Annabelle's love. " Where was Fredrick and Vincent by the way?" They hadn't come to visit him. What excellent friends they are! Richard exclaims sighing once again.

Victor said. "Yes, I'll go too, maybe to a bar. I want to see when Liam realises that what he sees is not a forest or a lake." Alex said with a smile. "Hahaha! You're absolutely right! Don't let your hypnosis fail just because he remembers this forest." After laughing, Victor left Alex. He jumped from one tree to another and then disappeared. Meanwhile, Alex walked to his car where Liam was sitting, waiting for Alex's arrival as Alex had instructed.

(Kelly laughs) Beautiful morning bestie, hmmm, someone is in a good mood…spill! So you remember the guy I was talking to at the club, uhmm, yeah, well, he phoned this morning and said he will want to see me again, and asked if we could go out tonight and I said okay. Oh! Yeah, so don't wait up, 'cause mama is feeling lucky tonight. Yeeeeepe! You're such a nasty girl Ashley. Well, I hope you have a wonderful time with… with what? His name? Oh crap! I don't recall, well...who cares! (Ashley makes her way out of the room singing) (The next day…)

Bruno’s voice dripped with fury, his words biting. Victória looked at his face and realized he wouldn’t believe her, no matter what she said. She took a deep breath, her red lips curling into a cynical, disdainful smile. “Bruno, let’s end our engagement!” Bruno was stunned. She could end their engagement so easily. Did he mean anything to her? Without another word, Victória went upstairs and headed straight to her room. She took a long, thorough shower, scrubbing her body as if trying to erase the memory of that night.

Lena took one stumbling step back, eyes darting between us—between the two Alphas and the girl they’d failed to sacrifice. “You’ll doom us all,” Victor panted, glaring up at me. “You and your pride. Your refusal. You could have bought our freedom—” “By giving you a story to tell about how heroic you were,” I said. “No thanks.” He snarled. “You think he’ll forgive you?” Victor spat, jerking his chin up toward Lucian’s bent head. “After what you made him remember? Do you think he won’t look at you and see his hands on your throat?”

The urge of tearing someone alive into pieces was getting stronger as she looked at the person who was more likely to cause her that way. “Yeah. It’s me,” Victor confirmed, still wearing the same annoying smile that made Layla wanted to rip his lips apart for good. “It’s me and not that dog whom you wish to be with. I’m the one here beside you despite choosing that damned dog over me. I suggest you change your mind now,” he told her, not sounding guilty at all after severing her feet. “If you can promise me to be on my side instead of going to that beast, I might help you right now…” Victor said, he shot her a meaningful look before moving his gaze down on her legs with blood dripping from h

I waited silently, hoping to not hear another question or anything from any of them. “That's not possible.” She said. I looked at her. She looked serious. “What do you mean?” Now I'm the one asking the question. She scoffed, “I don't you were smarter than this.” She said. “Spill whatever you want to say out Stephanie.” “Victor loves and will only love my step sister. You think you are playing him, bitch he is playing you.” I laughed, “that's not possible.” I said.”and even if he is, he can't be. I am watching his every move.” I said smiling.

Victor asked surprised with an eyebrow raised, I rolled my eyes surprised he had already forgotten the task at hand. “Let’s go interrogate our prisoner.” Victor stared blankly for a moment before laughing a look of relief flooding his face, he pulled me into his chest hugging me tightly before planting kisses on my head. “My Luna” he breathed happily “for a moment my heart thought you meant to go to him…” I shook my head in his arms, knowing he meant Xander. “Never,” I whispered into his chest, holding him tightly as I felt my heart swell. No matter how I felt, I chose Victor. I would never be with someone like Xander, not after everything he had done to me.
