Loyal Knight Block Tales Novels & Stories

“They were like uncles to me. They helped raise me after—after he was gone.” The room tilted. Or maybe it was me. Alpha Knight’s voice seemed to echo. “Loyalty is a dangerous thing, Zelda. Sometimes it binds. Sometimes it blinds.” My head throbbed. The heat from the wine climbed up my neck, and my limbs felt heavy. I shook my head. “What’s in this wine?” He chuckled. “Nothing but the truth… And a little moonroot.” I opened my mouth to reply, but the words swam in front of me. My breath hitched.

She noticed that the beautiful woman came closer to them. "Gavin enough, you can't hurt the person who helped me." Because of that, the blade slowly lowered and moved away from Zera. That's when the girl faced her before Zera glare at the man who tried to kill her. "Hey, what right do you have to point that arrow at me?! And since when did they allow to use a real katana when costplaying?!" Zera yelled at the young man who was wearing a long dress that reached his feet and his hair was also long and tied up to his shoulders...

"I want you to understand, I am your sworn bodyguard, not just a watcher. A knight of my rank doesn’t serve as a mere observer. I am a royal bodyguard—a knight, just like Jeremy Ashtower, who protects Consort Kaila Ashtower. You can rely on me for anything. You can command me as you wish, even with tasks others might consider dirty. Your Dirty works in fact. I am sworn to serve you alone, and only you have the power to make me reveal your secrets. I will not speak of them to anyone—not even the Alpha King." As Jared spoke, Ava's expression softened with a flicker of trust. A knight was known for honor and loyalty; they didn’t lie, nor were they allowed to.

The memories of the borderlands, the hunts, the bloodshed—they all blurred into the background. Only the blade remained. Steel. Control. Focus. He spun the sword once and brought it down in a clean strike that would have split a skull from crown to jaw. The sound echoed softly across the courtyard. Then— “You train early.” The voice came from behind him. Deep. Smooth. Ancient. Adrian froze instantly. His instincts reacted before his thoughts did. He turned and dropped to one knee. “My king.” King Vaelreth stood near the entrance of the courtyard, his dark cloak stirring slightly in the cold morning wind.

I warned myself and tried to focus on reality. The afternoon will be a damn long one, with me trying to train Eleanor properly while I'll have to stay so close to her and still struggle to control myself. I snapped out off my thoughts and threw the sword at her. Her eyes widened in confusion and I could tell that she was wondering why she had to pick up something that was forbidden for females. But hell, she wasn't just any female, she is my mate and my Luna who ended up being wolfless. A human with a special scent.

Chris continued, "I did hear this one time that they were on a co-op and BT was trapped by like 3 guys, and they were dunking his head in this barrel of water and trying to choke him with a rope! And BT grabbed his knife even though his head was submerged, stabbed the guy to his left, slit the other guy's throat, and the one who had the rope around his neck, flipped him then choked him with his own rope!" Chris's face lit up when recalling those details he had learned from another Seal just that night while waiting on Sienna to return. Sienna's heart was beating so fast as Chris was listing the details of Brandon's almost death. Jesus, she wished he would get out of that Navy. She needed to

“Can we come to visit you soon? I want to show everyone in the pack my new sword!” I can’t help but laugh at his enthusiasm, the sound bubbling up like a melody. “Yes, little warrior. But remember, we must be careful. A knight must always be responsible.” Arthenon, more reserved but equally eager, joins us, his eyes shining with admiration as he grips his wooden sword. “Are you really a knight now, Aloria? Like in the stories?” I kneel down to their level, my heart overflowing with love for my brothers. “I am, but being a knight means more than just titles and armor. It means being brave, helping others, and always standing up for what is right.”

"Why aren't you here yet? All the pack members and Elders are waiting for you." As I stared at the screen, my lips curled into a mocking smile. I didn't bother responding to him. Instead, I just blocked him and the other members of the Silvermoon pack. What he didn't know was that just half a month earlier, I agreed to be the mate of Lucas Knight, the Alpha of the most powerful pack in the North—the Nightblood pack. Soon after the plane landed in the North, I would be marked by him and become his Luna. … "Lucas, my wolf is ready," I said as I stood in front of the mirror.

“If you stand in the way, then you will die.” Johannes launches another assault. Leon prepares a feint. He manages to fling Johannes’ sword out of reach. The fugitive runs toward the next street, but the knights who saw the situation as it unfolded apprehend him. They could not fathom Johannes’ acts. Now the prince and the princess have every reason to doubt the loyalty of the nobles.
