No one knew the true identities of the twelve onyx knights. Their order of chivalry was an odd mixture, made up of knights from all ranks. The existence of the order was a violation of the traditional rules themselves, and each member was personally chosen by Thorn. It was rumored that the

he said, causing my face to light up with excitement. “What do I need to do?” I questioned. “I think the best thing would be to tell them you recently found a long-lost relative but because of health concerns, they can’t travel to you,” he said with a coy smile. “That could actually work!” I said happily, “Who would this ‘fake’ relative be?” “Your grandmother. We can say the boys found her during their travels, since he doesn’t know the boys have actually been training at the Knights League,” he explained.

“I only saw half his face, but I’ll never forget that look.” “He’s got a heavy grizzled beard your highness but that’s all I saw.” Elyn says, the oldest and most experienced of her maid and Fria, her little sister added. “Don’t worry your highness, we told the guards all we know of him.” ‘Which isn’t much. Many women stood by, expecting to see who they believed was the most striking man in the Kingdom of Grellis- Keane Clementine, the king’s cousin. In their mind, the king was equally gorgeous as his cousin, but Keane’s attitude hailed him as the most stunning. He was a laid-back and charming person. Similar to the king, the famous knight also had iced-blue eyes but partnered by his silver hair. He was the kind of man no woman could resist.

"They can be hurt! They're not above you! They've done everything in their power to make you feel weak! Powerless! He is groveling, begging, writhing in agony crying like any other creature capable of shedding tears! They're not gods!" A knight came rushing into the room looking to be even more pale than the royal family's running directly to Brock caring nothing for the looks he was receiving and began whispering in Brock's ear. There was someone here? (In his mother’s story, the knight had called to the darkness, voice echoing, “Hello?
