Isiah refused to confirm or deny it. "Drop it," he said again, simply.
Luca turned away with his mind in turmoil.
Something was wrong.

Later that night, in need of a distraction, Luca went hunting. He hunted down a rabbit, chased it, and put it out of its misery in no time. When he returned to camp, he lit a flame and started cooking the meat.
