The bustle of the Moonbane pack was overwhelming to Layla. The Moonbane insignia of a large waning crescent moon with the Moon Goddess standing fiercely in the middle was everywhere she looked. It felt like overkill. She couldn't even remember her father's pack's insignia.

Phantom interrupted. Luna didn’t argue. She didn’t doubt him. Phantom’s face broke into a sudden smile. “And if I do need your help again can you refrain from bringing that monstrosity you call a hand fan?” Luna laughed and raised her hands in the air. “Hey, you asked me to stand out as much as possible and I did just that. Everyone in that museum is going to remember the loud pregnant woman with the large hand fan.”

I don’t want to get in her way. She nods biting her lip. “Perhaps you can wake me up when back?” She says snaking her hands into my back jean’s pockets. She laughs as Jeremy makes the same noise she did earlier. After a quick change and me borrowing one of Jeremy’s shirts we get Leo to drop us off into town. Jeremy calls Louis to get their location and we enter the bar “Moonlight” to find them. Owned by one of our Alpha friends from a neighbouring pack we find Louis and company sitting in the VIP section with a dozen bottles of Prosecco.

Luna and Amelia exchanged a look of anticipation before venturing inside, their footsteps echoing through the darkness. The cavern revealed itself to be a labyrinth, its winding paths illuminated by an ethereal blue light. The walls were adorned with murals of celestial creatures and werewolf folklore. Luna traced her finger along the faded images, seeking clues to guide their path. Amelia pointed towards the end of a mural, her eyes widening in realization. "Look, Luna. The Moonstone. As my eyes follow his neck I find our mark sitting there like the most beautiful tattoo with its simplicity. The triple moon sits on our neck, the outlines clean and crisp. Inside the full moon sits two paw darkened paw prints. Three stars connected by thin lines rest above the full moon and waning crescent. Tracing the image I enjoy watching Damon shiver while I whisper, "it's beautiful."
