Kieran’s POV Briony's words weighed like a stone against my chest. She said in a hushed, respectful voice, "Kieran, the Lunar Queen is more than just a myth." She is reborn every hundred years. And this time... Evans, I think. I could feel the chill creeping up my spine even though the air in Briony's hut was heavy with herbs and the smell of burning incense. Across from me, the elderly healer sat with her hands folded in her lap and dark eyes from unspoken words.
