OH BABY GRACE

OH BABY GRACE

Charmond held back his words for a few seconds, looking deep into Grace's face. "But what?" Grace asked with a small smile. "But with you, I strike a balance between the two. I found affection, found money. I didn't ask you to be able to love me in a very short time. Even if you can't do that, it doesn't matter. I am by your side today with one clue Mrs. Bovary, my mother. Everything she said about you, I began to feel and see clearly. What she said was so true." Grace gave Mr.Charmond no surprised expression after hearing the words just now.Instead she sank into deep thought, realizing that Mrs. Bovary could read and understand her correctly. Has a very good vision of a female figure like G

the madame said. Camilla smiled, it seemed she had gotten her ally. The madame would be very useful to her, she thought to herself. "thank you, I will keep that in mind" she told the madame. "Now, I am sure you came in here for breakfast, come and have a seat, I will serve you breakfast" she told Camilla. "Thank you" Camilla said as she sat down and prepared to have her breakfast. ……….. Camilla was sitting on Dante's bed reading a book, she was bored out of her mind. She wished she could be anywhere but in this room.

The Mafia Boss And His Contract Wife (Book 3)

Arabella grunted under her breath, which earned her a disappointing look from Mama. But Mama went on, “He was the tallest man in the room and the one with the grumpiest look as well. Before marriage, I thought I was marrying a tool.” Arabella chuckled, but my lips were too tight to force a smile. “But you know your papa. He can be funny at times.” “And absolutely adorable while arguing with you,” I said, finally feeling a bit at ease in my nerves. “That,” Mama said, suppressing her laughter. “From what I hear, Eros Castellanos is a charming man.”

Breach in memory

Breach in memory

Eve nodded in agreement and her face was filled with signs of dissatisfaction, as she sensed that Bella was dying for this meeting, um, that could not be good, she muttered a few more incomprehensible words and submitted dissatisfied to Bella's will and said in a clear voice as a bailiff does, that this It is the only demand and I will not accept another, otherwise do whatever you want, she closed the door forcefully on the way out, she relieved Bella that day of her homework because the lady could not bear to look at her, the situation continued in this way for a whole week, the madam did not ask her for anything or assign her any task. Bella took advantage of that calmness and that preciou

Claiming Mr. Mafia [ Book 2 ]

Claiming Mr. Mafia [ Book 2 ]

If they had known from the very start, they would have accepted it. Well, it is better to have their sister happy than her crying, right? --- As the butler and head maid observed the heartwarming scene happening before them, they exchanged a knowing glance, a sense of warmth filling their hearts. They were the oldest workers in the villa, and they know what the villa was before and the contrast it is now; it is way more different. The villa, once devoid of life and laughter, had undergone a transformation since the return of their young miss, Sherly Montenegro. Her presence had breathed new life into the old estate, turning it into a home filled with warmth and joy once more.

HIS MINI BEAR

HIS MINI BEAR

I finished the rest of my meal in silence, each bite less satisfying than the last. Once my plate was empty, I stood up, clearing the table and washing the dishes. The mundane task of cleaning up helped distract me, but it wasn’t enough to completely dispel the loneliness creeping in. With the kitchen tidy and no more excuses to keep busy, I retreated to my bedroom. I grabbed a book—Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert—and slipped under the covers, hoping to lose myself in the bittersweet world of Emma Bovary’s tragic romance.

Filthy Obsessions. A Filthy Collection Of Forbidden Desires

“Then don’t take me to rich houses with fat old men, señora. Give me something better.” “Oh, I will,” the madame hissed, her eyes narrowing. “You want better? Fine. There is one man. He pays more than all my clients combined. But no one lasts with him. Not one maid. They all quit screaming after a day. They say he is… cold. Inhuman.” Francesa snorted. “So what? I can handle cold. I can handle anything.” The madame gave her a sharp look in the rearview. “You and your mouth… One day it’ll ruin you.” Then her painted lips twisted into a smirk. “But maybe it’ll save you tonight.”

The Awakening

The Awakening

The silver thread glimmered like a dying star between my fingers as I pulled the final stitch. I had spent weeks carving a masterpiece out of a mess, breathing life into a gown that was little more than a hand-me-down from Nora, the chief maid. It was a relic of the royal palace, salvaged from the scrap heap of a life I was never meant to lead.

World of Tomorrow

World of Tomorrow

Beyond her assistant, Madame Moreau paced back and forth, never taking her eyes off Evelyn, and quietly tsk-tsking to herself or heaving dramatic impatient sighs. With Alice’s help, she stepped into the top center of the hemming platform in her stockinged feet, watching placidly as her belongings were placed in the dressing room and Madame circled her like a hungry shark. “My sketchbook!” Madame snapped her slender fingers this time, and immediately Alice rushed to obey. “I must say,” she murmured in her cooing French English, opening the sketchbook to a fresh page and lifting a smudgy dull-looking pencil, “it took him longer than I anticipated to find you, but he is a man of unimpeachable t

I've barely been able to put this story down. I absolutely love it. I love how descriptive the story is. And it has made me want to have been able to go to that World's Fair. It is a beautiful love story and I can't wait to finish it.

I am only to Chapter 22, but this book is Amazing so far and by far my favorite. I love historical fiction and this piece is a gem. I read the Author's book about Grace and Juliet and just had to jump right into this one as some characters are the same.

Love and Madness

Love and Madness

Like, yes I’m mad about what they just did but I can’t just leave the house? Where am I gonna go? I don’t have a place to stay. Or maybe I'm just thinking too much? She won't drive me away from the house, right? She opened my door harshly and looked at me with madness in her eyes. “M-mom,” I said in a small voice. She is still staring at me sharply. Like a lion looking at its prey. Mom is really scary when mad. “M-mom, you can’t expect me to just accept your decisions especially that my future is at stake.” I reasoned out. I didn’t mean to shout at them. To argue with them, I was just blinded by my feelings that is full of hatred.
