Wolf 1001
The camp is huge, with at least 20 tents on either side of the bridge, and I am surprised they stay here- aren’t they afraid of getting hit by cars?
“Julia!?” I hear Maddie call, but no one replies. We go tent by tent until we reach the last one. Maddie unzips it, and I listen to her gasp, “I found her! She’s here!” she shouts, but then her words turn to panic as she examines her.
“Ryan, she isn’t breathing!” Her voice is shaky.
Maddie moves out of my way, and I climb inside the tent and gasp. Julia looks awful. She’s skin and bone, and she is very pale. Her brown hair is matted to her face, and her eyes are closed, but dark circles surround them.
