Madeline said as she got up from the table feeling pretty upset about the whole thing. As her parents tried to call her back, she ignored and stormed her room, locking the door behind her to prevent anyone from coming in. She waited a while to see if any of her parents followed her upstairs to comfort her but none of them did. Madeline cried to her pillows, making a decision not to care anymore if her parents or friends cared about her or not. She became the rebellious child and didn’t listen to her parents most of the time. One day, Anne’s friends, Kiama, Gemma and Daisy came to visit and as Anne was talking with them, Madeline walked out. Kiama noticed her and said,
