March arrives with the first real suggestion of warmth. Not warmth exactly. The suggestion of it. It usually ran from the first of the month and ended on the last day of the month. A fun place for couples to go and have fun, though children and families were also encouraged to come and enjoy all the exciting activities the carnival had to offer.
