His Unlovable Mate

His Unlovable Mate

Which means she wants this just as much as her wolf. “I want you, Ayr please I need you inside me now before I lose it all over again.” She has no idea how much I want this. How right it feels that the only woman I’m ever going to adore fully will be her. /Alpha! Ayr! You need to come down/ Marcus’ voice came over the link /Are you for fucking real Lucas! Let the man be!/ /What is it?/ I snarl. /Checking the men we killed. They’re all silver-branded. They all have those fucking gossip pamphlets in their pockets too./

This book had me on a roller coaster of emotions! I can’t honestly say I’ve never heard a story line like this. The story captures you in the first few chapters and have you chase a high that seems to come and then leave just like that. What an amazing journey this book has taken me on. U must read.

Good writing. Excellent world building and storytelling voice. Characters are really interesting, each has their own characteristics. I’m happy this was worth the purchase. A mixture of scenery and to the point dialect. Just work on punctuation placements in areas, this will help with flow.

Married a Secret Billionaire

Married a Secret Billionaire

Marcus took a deep breath and let it out. He tried to communicate calmly with Yale again. “Sir, I’m a thug. I always fight and bully people. I’ve been frequenting prison… But I’ve never thought about dying! I haven’t enjoyed life yet!” Yale’s face sank. “If you replace Zephyr, his life will be yours!” “Damn!” Marcus covered his face, wanting to cry. Had Yale taken too many drugs? Marcus speculated that Phil did not supply Yale drugs but something that made him stupid!

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.

The Art Of Dying

The Art Of Dying

AXEL'S POV "You want one of us to die," I said slowly, making sure I understood correctly. "So you can steal information from the enforcer that kills us." "Not steal but absorb and not permanently die. Just temporarily." Marcus's hands were shaking but his voice was steady. "In that moment between death and erasure, the system is still processing and still connected. I can tap into that connection, pull data directly from the enforcer through the dying person." "That's the stupidest plan I've ever heard," Brady said. "And I've heard a lot of stupid plans."

The Marriage Contract

The Marriage Contract

"Carmen. What's this about?" Carmen cleared her throat. "I've been meaning to ask, I haven't been seeing Marco anywhere. Did he go on a private assignment?" Mason shook his head. "It seems you didn't hear. Marco is dead." Carmen's jaw dropped. "What?" Mason nodded. "He's dead. He was a snitch, so we killed him off. That's what we do to betrayals." Carmen blinked, completely shocked by the news. "So...so what's next?"

THE LAST BREEDER, CLAIMED BY FOUR

THE LAST BREEDER, CLAIMED BY FOUR

" No alarms. If the rest of the unit sees Marcus bleeding before the grid is clear, the purists will bolt into the ridge." The lower bypass smelled of old iron and sulfur. Marcus and three of his supply runners had already cleared the first biometric lock when we cut the lights. The dark didn't last three seconds—only long enough for Ezra’s vanguard to drop from the overhead ventilation shafts... It was a slaughter. Marcus was on his back in the shallow water of the drain, his boots kicking uselessly against the rusted grate as I walked up. He had two rounds in his stomach, his hands slick with his own dark blood as he tried to look up at the catwalk.

Her Deadly Revenge

Her Deadly Revenge

Pulling the trigger, his body seemed to pause for the smallest moment before plunging to the ground. Thomas's gun went off, killing the other man with a gun. Gray Beard wasn't out in the open like the others, and I couldn't see him. He was the only one I wanted to kill. "Do you smell that?" Thomas whispered. Inhaling, I instantly smelled decay and rot. "Yeah. That's what that guy was talking about. There must be a group of biters coming." Assessing our surroundings, I couldn't see any of the dead yet. The only movement was the man with an arrow in his belly. He was trying to stand with the help of his friend.

I really got sucked into this book. It was very good. It has nothing to do with wolves, like the blurb above says. It's more like an end of the world type book. Wasn't something I normally read, but I'm glad I did.
Sabrina
The blurb and the title don’t match this book. The story is about a zombie apocalypse, a bunch of strangers that meet and their relationships that develop throughout. I thought the ending was good, but I would love to read a sequel for some much needed closure. Overall, it’s a really good book.

“I have no reason to do such a thing. You have hundreds of allies, but they are incredibly unloyal and will defect to me when they learn that their leader has been killed. Your time is up, Amadeus. I don’t want to do this, but you have forced my hand. Any last words before I send you on a long journey?” “No,” Amadeus defiantly replied. He then closed his eyes tightly and awaited his fate. “Well, then, vfalon zenipithernomos! Goodbye forever!” Marcus yelled before stabbing his enemy’s chest and penetrating his most vital organ. Amadeus stopped breathing and fell into an eternal sleep. The man with the crimson cloak reached into his pocket and pulled out a remote-like object. He pulled a pin o

Like he punched a hole in a roll of paper. “They’re down there,” he hisses. I crouch and peek through the window to where he’s pointing. Three Silver Hunters walk through the courtyard. The Hunters are clad in black armor, their heads covered with hoods. Their mouths are hidden behind masks, and their eyes are hidden behind dark visors. Their boots crunch on the grass, and their voices are low but contain a sense of urgency. “Can you hear what they’re saying?” I whisper. Alec growls low in his throat. “They’re talking about how well this has worked out. That the… invitation was a great idea.”

The Mafia's Kidnapped Bride

The Mafia's Kidnapped Bride

Micardo was waiting for that precise reaction. I was too late. Micardo, agile despite his size, stopped his roll, turned, and fired from a sidearm concealed in his coat. Marcus went down. “Marcus!” I scrambled forward, dropping my own weapon for a second, hooking my hands under his collar and dragging his dead weight back toward the safety of the pillar. Blood immediately began to seep through the dark fabric of his trouser leg, staining the gravel. “I’m fine,” Marcus gritted out, his face pale with pain, sweat plastering his hair to his forehead. “Just hurts like a bitch, Lorenzo.”

Horror Game With My Cheating Ex

"What a coincidence. We meet again." I stared at her, and something clicked. The car crash. Their car. My "death." It was all too perfect. "Hey, newbies. Need a rundown?" A guy with a seasoned look walked over. "Name's Marcus. A-class player." "Wait." I held up a hand. "Let me get this straight. Are we dead?" Marcus nodded. "Technically, you're in a near-death state. You only get your life back if you clear the game."
