After the Breakup, the Billionaire Lost Control!

After the Breakup, the Billionaire Lost Control!

“Wait, isn’t it a thing to choose a special date for getting married? Today’s Justin’s grandfather’s funeral. Isn’t it bad luck to get our marriage license today?” She had only come across this idea of avoiding “unlucky days” after spending time in Lincourt City. The thought of their anniversary coinciding with the day of a funeral gave her the chills. Zac glanced at her with a reassuring smile and reached over to gently ruffle her hair. “Don’t worry. I checked—today’s actually a great day to get married. Besides, people pass away every day. Are we supposed to stop living because of it?” Helen frowned. “But what about our anniversaries?”

Ako it oh
To Author, I realized..this is your only book so far…I hope you finish writing this book first before starting another one. Some authors that I followed and following…started another book…and their chapter updates are once in a blue moon…sometimes none at all and sometimes abandoned.

Thank you again Author!! I really enjoyed this story. I’m sad to see it end however I’m looking forward to your next story. If later you want to continue this story of Justin & Haley I would definitely want to keep reading and support this story!

Marrying My Ex for Revenge

Marrying My Ex for Revenge

My calendar notification appears at 6:50 AM: Five Years. I dismiss it. I already know what day it is. I have known since I woke at 4 AM and couldn't fall back asleep. Five years ago today, I was supposed to marry Elena Sinclair at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Three hundred guests. String quartet. Flowers imported from Ecuador because Elena mentioned once that she loved blue hydrangeas. Instead, I spent that day in my father's office, listening to him explain why choosing her meant losing everything.

Marrying Without You

Marrying Without You

"The account automatically gets locked. Only Mr. Hammond can unlock it with facial recognition." If he were available, she wouldn't be doing this. Rosalyn kept thinking about what else Eric would use. She then suddenly remembered the time he made her memorize faces and the passcode to his phone back then. It was their wedding date. Could the safe have the same passcode? The thought came fast, but she dismissed it just as quickly. He'd opened this safe years ago, so the passcode must have been set long before their marriage. It couldn't possibly be their wedding date.

Reset to the Day They Killed Me

Reset to the Day They Killed Me

"Lara, the first time you brought up the divorce, I thought you were just upset. I was waiting for you to come find me, apologize, come back to me. "I… I had no idea you actually meant it…" I gave him a thin smile. "This is not you realizing you were wrong. This is you realizing nobody else will love you the way I did." His regret was late, and it was cheap. I pulled out of his reach. My eyes were level on his. "Mason. It's too late. "The day you let me bleed out under that car, the day you watched her frame me. We were done." I did not give him another chance to plead.

Marry me

Marry me

she drawled out the word "-time before you even get dressed." I released an inaudible sigh of relief. It wasn't that I didn't want to tell my sister about the whole contract marriage shit. Kate had just figured it out and I wanted to take it slow before informing any other person. And besides, since the wedding was that day, I didn't want to dampen anybody's mood by informing them the marriage isn't supposed to be like other real marriages.

I'm rather intrigued by this story so far; however, I'd like to hear Ivan's POV as to what is really going on in his head, why he really chose Isabelle, why he's such an asshole, what is the real purpose of the contractual marriage when he made no attempt for others to believe in their nuptials.

Mommy! Daddy is Missing.

Mommy! Daddy is Missing.

"When?" "Recently. Not up to a year but a little more than six months ago." And he had not heard a peep about it. Already beaten, Marshall has free rein to say whatever he wants to. "You killed your wife and made your daughter cry. Now, the man she's supposed to marry, is inevitably canceled. Holly would have been fourty nine years old in three weeks. But no, it's her funeral we'll celebrate instead..." Edward is listening but too numb to do shut him up.

Marrying My Ex-husband Nightmare

Marrying My Ex-husband Nightmare

“That’s for you.” My legs felt weak as I walked over. My name was typed on the front. I pulled out the papers. The words were big and brutal: DIVORCE PAPERS. I couldn’t breathe. The pages fell from my hands, floating to the floor. “What is this?” My voice was a tiny, broken thing. “It’s what it looks like,” he said, his tone flat. “This isn’t working. It hasn’t worked for years. We’re done.” “Done?” The word didn’t make sense. “Julian, we’re married! Please, listen to me! I have to tell you something important!”

Marrying My Ex

Marrying My Ex

"If I can get help from others, I also don't have to marry Noah and accept your curses, Mom..." Mrs. Gina was even more surprised, "Marry?" Grace nodded tearfully, "Yes, mom. I'm married to Noah." [Slap!] Mrs. Gina raised her hand and prepared to slap Grace again. The slap did land hard, but not on Grace's cheek but on someone else's. "Noah?!" "Y-you dare come here?!" An angry Mrs. Gina was even more outraged to find Noah there, especially when Noah replaced Grace to receive the slap. The atmosphere in Mrs. Gina's hospital room became even worse when Mrs. Gina, who heard the news of Grace and Noah's quickie wedding, couldn't resist the shock, causing her to have another heart attack.

Marry for Definiteness

Marry for Definiteness

Especially this summer. "Do you have a problem with what I'm wearing?" I asked with a laugh as she stared at me. "When did Spencer marry you?" I wondered why she asked me such a thing. She forgot, maybe. “April twenty. Why?” she shrugged with nothing. But I'm still curious. “Two months have passed. What date are we today?” Her eyes narrowed at her question. “June twenty-two. Why? You can direct me. ” “So maybe you're here to charge your commission? I will give it to you at the end of the month.” I laughed at what she said.

Death or Marriage!

Death or Marriage!

I stare at the lovely city of Manchester as I weigh my options. It’s either bankruptcy and death or marriage and coronation. I guess the latter isn’t much of a bad idea, only it is. Whatever the case, my father’s murders must pay. I have a secret after all, I can hardly die.
