Bad Boy Roommate
The lights dimmed, and the trailers started.
“You know,” Taranis whispered as the previews played, “if we survive this, it counts as bonding.”
I elbowed him. “You’re just saying that because you’re already scared.”
“I am not scared,” he muttered, though his hand brushed mine, and I felt the heat rise to my cheeks.
The first scene of the movie hit. A dark hallway, creaking doors, whispers that sounded just close enough to our seats to make my heart jump.
I yelped at the first sudden noise. Taranis’s hand shot out instinctively…and ended up gripping mine.
