Maya's pov Three years later I balance my bag of groceries and my work bag in my hands closing the car door with my leg and walking to the house. An unfamiliar car is parked at the entrance and my brows furrow. Who does that belong to? I unlock the door and Mia's giggle echoes in the room. “I'm home,” I announce walking towards the kitchen where I can hear two male voices. I place the bags down just in time to watch Mia run out of the kitchen her ponytails swinging.

And I don’t want to give Katrina any reason to worry about me. There is more than enough for her to handle in the real world. I don’t need her worrying more about me than she already does. So I decided I would stay put and maybe devise a plan for when we face the next level. "The rules are, you can use powers but you can't kill. You can use your powers to fight each group. You can also use your powers to kill the Gorbloys. No no no, that's not possible ” Hazel said and Muna frowned. “ Why not? ” She asked. “ Because once you get in there you can't find your way out again.... So come let's go I have some places to show you ” Hazel said and turned around to go back but Muna didn't follow her. “ Wait...How do you know that you won't get out if you get in ” Muna asked and Hazel turned around to look at her.

Maze is reserved on the outside, cold to some but soft as a marshmallow underneath it all. In a way, Maze reminds me of myself, and now I'm beginning to understand that we belong together. Maze is my mate, and I can't stay away from her anymore. She has those kinds of eyes that can see into your soul and captivate you on the spot. I'm already placed under her spell, unable to break free.

When I found it I quickly jumped into the BMW. I started the engine and reversed the gear and drove off the garage before racing down the road. Thankfully, the main gate had an automatic system that worked only for Luther and his men’s cars. It opened automatically once it identified them. I drove down the deserted road.
