Eden said and turned around, she was walking towards the entrance of Malakai's house, the other following after her. "Want a tour?" Malakai asked as he put his arm around Eden and led her inside. He had to change the subject to take Eden's mind off the fact that people were after her. "I guess." Eden said, she was a little tired since it was almost 3am but she'd be fine. Malakai took her around the house and showed hers the different rooms. Already, Eden loved it. Malakai had a home cinema, a gaming room, a pool room, even a bar room and there’s more she couldn't even remember.

Yet, ice magic might be my only chance of surviving through this day. "Please work!" I open my palm, hoping to summon ice beneath my feet, and miraculously it works! A platform of ice materializes, and I land on it before creating another and leaping onto it. Soon I'm feeling like Mario, jumping from one platform to the other to gain altitude. "Oh, that's clever." My head whips around, and my lips part at the third evil demon who has joined the battle. "Who are you?" I dare to ask.

“Then you become a lesson, Satera. A warning to every small-time supplier who thinks they can defy Khaid Jager.” I looked at this bulky man. He wasn't bluffing. He wouldn't just hurt me, he would obliterate me to prove a point. “What is out there?” I asked, my voice barely a whisper, nodding toward the open door. “The maze” he replied. “Three floors of integrated security, fifty cameras, twenty-four guards, and a panic room I haven't shown you. Good luck, Bluey. Your time starts… now.” He clapped his hands once, a sharp, authoritative sound that echoed off the glass walls. I heard a distant, mechanical click. The sound of his control room locking down, leaving me with only one exit.

Our task: reach the summit before sunset while carrying supplies, signaling our progress to the observers. The maze was treacherous. Sharp rocks, sudden drops, and narrow ledges forced every step to be precise. Daren slipped once, and instinctively, I reached for him, steadying him while keeping our momentum. Liora’s eyes were fixed on a distant marker, calculating the shortest route while avoiding traps. The bond pulsed, guiding my focus, alerting me to subtle shifts in the terrain and the presence of hidden dangers.

"Just keep moving" Noah replied nonchalantly. He then led them to a room. It was locked. "It has a passcode" Elijah said while staring at him confused. Noah nodded. He then pressed some keys and the door got unlocked. "What the- You know the password?" Sebastian looked at him in surprise. Noah again nodded. "What is it?" Noah then opened the latch and entered the room. "Rose" He replied in his deep voice and with that he switched on the lights.

Honestly, I have no idea what I’m doing but I imagine after trying every possible path, I would happen across the exit. But in the meantime, I have another objective. The sight of a chest sitting against the wall draws my attention and I immediately run for it, pulling it open. Apart from the fundamental rule of the game stating one only wins when they successfully leave, there were other ways to boost your points while in the maze and it was in the form of tokens that gave points. Chests were hidden within the maze with trinkets, raging from bronze, silver and gold - gold having the highest points, three, and bronze having just one.

Suddenly it moved, greeting her. [Congratulations to the last two players. I showed up and told them the good news. Only the last round remains, players, can take the prize money and leave. The mission this time is LOST. The organizers have prepared for you a maze full of traps. My advice is to be careful. No more buying time, the final game STARTED.]

_Alina's POV_ I ventured deeper into the maze. The path twisted and turned, but I felt more confident now, more in tune with the energy guiding me. Each step brought new challenges, but I was ready for them. As I rounded a corner, I came across the first puzzle. It was a large stone door, covered in intricate symbols and carvings. The door had no handle or obvious way to open it, but I could sense that this was no ordinary door. It required more than just physical strength to pass through.
