Fallen Angel:The rise of a new Legacy

Fallen Angel:The rise of a new Legacy

"Lost in shadows, I wander free A heart once whole, now broken sea Echoes of memories, whispers low A love that faded, like the winter's snow In moonlit nights, I search for thee A ghostly figure, a love that used to be Footsteps fade, like autumn leaves Leaving me with tears, and heart that grieves But still I hold, on to the pain For in its depths, our love remains A bittersweet refrain, a memory's stain Forever etched, like scars that remain" Her voice trembled, cracking with emotion. Yet, the song seemed to take on a life of its own, filling the darkness with a longing that felt almost palpable.

The Poison of Regret

The Poison of Regret

However, many believed that he had deliberately electrocuted himself because, in his final moments, he was smiling. I attended his funeral. Bernice cried her heart out. In just a few months, she had lost her entire family. I hugged her and wished her well. And I wished myself well, too. As I walked away from the funeral, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. I knew I would never have to live in fear again, nor would I have nightmares anymore.

My Full-time Servant/Lover

My Full-time Servant/Lover

It does not have sad feelings on it, instead, it is a poem that comforts someone who is experiencing a big downfall. If only I could give you my eyes, I would to let you see what I see. So that you can finally recognize That you mean a lot to me. You may think that you lost someone, But it's actually the other way around. A melody may have been gone, But another harmony will sound. "Yin Wenyan..." He utters the characters of the composer's name.

The Revenge of the Fiancé

The Revenge of the Fiancé

"Don't leave me alone. Don't leave me alone. It's too cold, it's too cold Why did you leave me alone? Don't leave me alone. Don't leave me alone. windy afternoon, windy afternoon Why did you leave me?" The song is extremely melancholy about the person in the grave confiding and scolding her lover. Amanda turned off the TV in fear, but that was not the sound the TV made. She looked everywhere and couldn't understand where it came from. That melancholy song echoed throughout the room. The space has no other sound but singing and music like funeral music.

Loathed Wife of the Wicked Billionaire

Loathed Wife of the Wicked Billionaire

Days blended into nights, and even the sun's radiant glow failed to bring warmth to my desolate existence. "Oh, love," I cried, my voice choking with grief. "Living without you is an arduous journey, filled with countless sleepless nights and endless sorrow. Each morning, as daylight seeps through the curtains, I mourn the dawn, for it heralds another day without your touch, your presence."

Milady

Milady

She clutches me tightly, burying her face into my neck as she takes deep, shaking breaths. Despite the warmth of the sun and the weight of her body against mine, there is a chill running through my chest. It's like a weight has settled there, sifting its way through my stomach and into my heart. It's the kind of pain that feels deep and dark, like it won't ever fade completely. We hold each other there, lost in our own thoughts and feelings. The world slips away, leaving us both to our pain and sadness.

Betrothed To The Alpha

Betrothed To The Alpha

Six years later The sky hangs heavy with gray clouds, casting a somber pallor over the cemetery. A steady, cold rain patters against the black canopy of our umbrella, each drop echoing the ache in our hearts. The chill in the air seeps into our bones, an unwelcome reminder that even as spring struggles to emerge, grief knows no season. The wind sighs through the skeletal trees, carrying with it the earthy scent of damp soil and the delicate perfume of early blossoms. As we stand at the wrought-iron gates, the weight of sorrow presses down upon us, suffocating in its intensity.

I think yhe story is good but a bit cruel for me and feel sorry for Hannah as it seems its only her againts the world. She has no strong backing. So I stopped reading. Hope the storyline chnagrs soon in favor of Hannah before I’ll continue reading.

SHADOWED SALVATION

SHADOWED SALVATION

Her smile, her laugh, her gentle touch – all of it was gone, leaving me with a desperate longing that threatened to consume me. Every night, I lay awake, my mind racing with thoughts of Melonie. Does she feel the same? I wondered where she was and what she was doing, and if she ever thought of me. The darkness seemed to press in around me, making it hard to breathe, and hard to think. I was drowning in a sea of loneliness, with no lifeline in sight. Every wave of grief crashed over me, threatening to pull me under. I clung to the memories of our time together, holding on to them like a life raft in a stormy sea.

My Stepfather Is My Mate

My Stepfather Is My Mate

The air was heavy with the scent of despair, mingling with the acrid stench of liquor and broken dreams. Behind the bar counter, I stood like a specter, a harbinger of sorrow serving liquid poison to lost souls. The dim glow of crimson-hued lights accentuated the hollows beneath my eyes, reflecting the abyss that consumed me. The clinking of glasses echoed like a morbid chorus, each sound a discordant note in the symphony of despair.

Wow so many updates should I be happy or surprised? I think both. I love the way this story going on... The hunters, Elves, and wolves. It's so much of my type with way too much of fantasy characters. And I love that author is thinking about side characters as well. The 18+ part is just so ............

This book started off good but took off in another direction, like it was a completely different book. Some of the chapters don’t even match up with what’s going on or with the characters in the book. I’ve read this far just to see how it ends but the story keeps changing.I’m done wasting $

I Became His Sweetheart

I Became His Sweetheart

Perhaps she was trying to remain calm or was stunned, but she was staring straight ahead, as if looking at something… Melanie was neither stunned nor calm. She wasn’t sure what word to use to accurately describe what she was feeling right now. If she had to choose a word, it would probably be “desolate”. She felt her heart freezing up. A chill crept up from the bottom of her heart and slowly enveloped it, turning her beating heart into a block of ice. Ice covered her heart that was still struggling against the chill, covering up the excruciating pain that she felt all over, yet she couldn’t even groan…
