KATE

KATE

I have always been reminiscing about her since I saw Kate. Melissa’s POV Since Mary has no family, I am in charge of all the preparations for the burial. I have already built her headstone: “ Rest in peace Mary Adele White (1954-2021).” The parish priest of her the Methodist Church would conduct the burial. Kate’s POV The whole week was hectic for me and Melissa. We have been making preparations for the burial on Friday. I personally paid a visit to the cemetery where she will be laid. On that Friday, I cried my heart out. The whole detectives from the county PD, agent Tom, Stanley and Dr Amanda were there.

At Your Mercy, Dear Friend

At Your Mercy, Dear Friend

“I can almost see the dark clouds over your head” Thankfully today Trinity was with no makeup, the ones that made her look like a fairytale scarecrow. Trinity's dark brown eyes pierced into hers, staring expectantly at her. Trinity looked better naturally, if only her stubborn friend believed that, for real. Trinity was a definition of American beauty, tall and as the Americans prefer skinny. Trinity was a living Barbie. “You weren’t online yesterday” Trinity started with a concerned expression on her face. “Everything cool?” “I’m fine Trinity,” She mumbled.

Sindy Kate

Sindy Kate

“I know you look at me worse than a prostitute. Go on, shove that to my freaking face, Clyve, because you are so damn self-righteous that you never made mistakes. But I can’t turn back the time. One thing you should know is I never regretted every damn time I did what I did. That’s what made me who I am today. That’s why I am still here standing despite what happened in my past life. I will do it in a heartbeat for the sake of someone I care about. I never felt ashamed of being a Sindy Kate in case you haven’t noticed.” Maybe there was a grain of regret and trust left in him because he suddenly dropped his gaze. “Let me guess, you never experienced in a situation without a damn choice, have

THE ALTAR WE BURNED

THE ALTAR WE BURNED

Arthur delivered a message of healing, justice, and mercy—three tenets their community desperately needed. In the front pew sat Sarah, the young girl Catherine had once shamed and expelled. Now clothed with dignity and surrounded by her new family in Christ, she wept through the sermon. Behind her sat widows, orphans, merchants, and even skeptics—united not by tradition, but by hope.

Betrayal Behind the Scenes

Betrayal Behind the Scenes

the Chandra family name was tarnished by human-like demons. "What is my sin, Svarga?" Catherine asked sorrowfully. Svarga lifted Catherine's chin until their eyes met. He shook his head and said, "Your life may not be perfect, but never blame yourself." "I have fought, Svarga. I… I—" Catherine cried again in her husband's embrace. The woman lost trust in herself, Dhira, Svarga, and perhaps everyone. The unexpected presence of Cassie, a person from her past who contributed to ruining her mentality tonight, made Catherine unable to trust anyone.

His Hidden Child

His Hidden Child

But walking with Carla she felt like she had to apologise to her. Carla nodded, keeping her eyes ahead of her. “Thank you,” she muttered. “I’m sorry about your family, too.” Smiling sadly, Sara thanked her, truly grateful. Carla, besides Max, was the first person to really giver her condolences. They continued to walk in silence before she noticed that Carla’s face was twisted with worry. Sara patted her arm lightly. “Hey, don’t worry about everything,” she proclaimed tenderly, attempting to be comforting, “my brother will save Angelica.”

The CEO'S Forgotten Promise

The CEO'S Forgotten Promise

A strangled sob ripped from Sara’s chest as she wrapped her arms tightly around herself, as if trying to physically hold herself together before she fell apart completely. “I was… unwanted,” she whispered, her voice hollow, broken. “Left to die… then taken back like I was nothing more than… than something she could just pick up whenever she felt like it.” “No,” Mariah said firmly, stepping forward and grabbing Sara’s shoulders. “Don’t you ever think of yourself that way. You were never unwanted. You were a miracle. You are a miracle.” But Sara could barely hear her. The pain was too loud. The betrayal too deep.

I haven’t read this book yet. I liked the plot but skeptical to start as this book is not completed. I added this to my library and when it’s complete I will read as I am having a bad experience with a book where writer is just dragging the story with chapters which are just few pages in length
LaTonya Veasley
I’ve added to my library but refuse to read any book that is not completed. Very frustrated with updated chapters and unfortunately a few books over 600 chapters still not ending and updated chapters were just fluff. Once this is completed, will gladly read.

Wife for him

Wife for him

Moved by the power of their encounter, Mark clasped Katie's hand in gratitude before disappearing into the crowd, his shoulders visibly lighter. The final visitor of the day was Sarah, a woman burdened by a secret that had haunted her for years. In hushed tones, she shared the tale of a forbidden love, a love that had shattered lives and left her trapped in a web of deception. Katie listened intently, her heart breaking for Sarah's pain. Scarlett

Scarlett

"I watched them grow up alone. When their parents died in the war with the East, they taught themselves and had no guidance. The elders did not help either. They are learning about the real world and love for the first time with you. They have made many mistakes, but they have also learned from them. Please, a second chance is necessary. I am begging you. If you remain away from them, the North will be no more because I do not see any fight in them. Please, Scarlett, I already regret sending you to the West. Please," Martha pleaded in tears, and my heart was breaking. I went to her and pleaded with her to get up. Then I decided I would go and face my mates. Morgan said Keith was having a mee

I read and finished in full Spirit Wolf, My Alpha, His Mate, Unwanted, Dangerous and Insatiable Desires, The Dark Side Of Fate, Once In The Dust, Scarlett, and now started Underwater, and all of them are my favorite. I still have to a few more but I have to finish one to move to the next

This was a great book, rich in detail and with complex characters. It’s the second book I read from this author, the first being “Unwanted”, which had no ending. This book also has no ending. I’m really disappointed to have wasted so much money on books that appear to have been abandoned.
