Merlin The Series Novels & Stories

“Do you have one?” “Of course I do.” Reaching under her cloak, Sungul tugged on the collar of her dress. As a tattoo quickly began to appear on her skin, it began to glow a muted purple. An odd color for Sungul to conjure. I’ve never seen her magical energy manifest in a purple hue. It's normally some range of light blue. Nothing remotely close to the dark purple that I was seeing.

"I did handle it, Father. But Lukman—he was the weak link. I don't know who might have gotten it from him. And Le Faye,I mean Morgana...she's smarter than we gave her credit for." Her father turned to face her, his gaze piercing. "Excuses won't save us now. We need to act quickly. There are still allies we can call upon. We need to find you a safe place to lay low until this blows over." He said, not wanting to discuss Faye whom he learnt was Morgana, whom he couldn't believe what she had said she was. The daughter of the woman , the family he had shushed in the past.

We all stand frozen, unable to move as we all watch her lose control, the spell falling apart when a small sonic boom vibrates out from Merlin, rebounding as it bounces back at us from the walls. Merlin is gasping now, unable to take a full breath, her body barely more than a skeleton as she slowly brings herself back to her knees, and then one leg at a time, back to standing. Her clothing falls loosely from her frame as she removes the large knife from her pocket and slices her hand with the blade. Walking a circle around the fallen, cursed knight, she makes a weak circle of blood around him as she begins singing softly, a deep, low melody in a language my mind does not understand, but my h

the voice said. “Go ahead,” Wren answered on his mic. “Sir, we need you to come to our location. There is something you need to see.” “On my way,” Wren answered as he left the control room. The entire way to the room, Wren continued to think about the events of the day so far. What was it now? Was it another creature attack? He wanted to set fire to the entire compound and destroy everything in it, but he knew that was not an option. He reached the room and saw the Sergeant standing in the doorway. His rifle was raised and pointed at something. Wren looked in and began to smile.

Merlin arrived twenty minutes later, stating that he had thought he’d get here much more sooner, listened to Foster's statement with the patience of a man who had heard worse confessions in worse rooms, and finally turned to the address Zariel had found glowing on her screen. "I can have a team watching that location by morning," he said. "Watching," Kaelen repeated. "Not approaching." "That was my intention, yes." Merlin studied him carefully. "You want to go yourself." "I want to know who has been sitting three blocks from that diner while my family bled money and secrets for two decades. Yes."

“Please do not shed tears anymore, miss.” Before Maleficent could retort back, Merlin already turned to the next corner—leaving her alone as she tried to reach her arm in his direction to call him. Merlin the wizard. Two hundred twenty years old. Attended Transylvania Academy five years ago. Ability: Necromancy. His innate ability made him the walking bane of the nature wizards. Maleficent still fixated her eyes on the corner where he turned into. The newly resurrected butterfly fluttered before her. Waving her hand, Mimi the butterfly reduced into a pile of ash before she turned to him.

Merlin turned towards the voice, but not before muttering to Zeke under her breath, "Don't shift until I say" Zeke hid his surprise as he looked toward the embankment, keeping his expression neutral as the boat bumped against the pier and stilled. He moved to Merlin and helped her out of the boat, keeping his hand on her back. She started walking towards the three figures at the end of the pier, leaving him with no choice but to follow her. "What do you want?", Merlin asked, coming to stop three feet or so from the necromancer and his witches. "I want only what is mine"

I pushed up to my toes, pressed my lips to his scaled face. He reached down, grabbed my hand. He slapped his open palm to mine. Glared up at Finn. "Ever." Ari snorted. "Thank you for that moment to process, garinion." I smiled. "Sure, Ari. What's your news?" She rearranged her face into a brighter expression. "Well, good news first. Merlin is still safely stuck in his tomb. It will take more than Patrick has available to raise him." "Even if he has Matilda Matheson as a supernatural battery?" Finn asked.

Everything had to be perfect for this perfect moment, and now, not even her family could get in the way of her happiness. As a warrior, Merlin was in charge of protecting and ensuring the pack borders were protected. Hence, it wasn't surprising he was late to the party. Someone else must have taken over his shift for him to be here. Excited, Maya lifted her hand to wake him over, but her expression died. Merlin grabbed her sister Arya by the hand and headed to god knows where. Call it a hunch, but Maya sensed something was wrong and followed them.

‘What magic is this? He growled, glancing at his guards who stood around the room like immobile statues, averting their eyes, terrified he would choose one of them for his unspeakable acts of violence. Merlin frowned again, not quite able to put his finger on what was wrong, but he knew he had to act fast; something was coming for him. Grabbing the knives and the hot oil, he stood at the bottom of the Altar between the legs of the heavily restrained girl. ‘What came before
