He holds my gaze, his little rabbit mouth curling up into a sneer. He rolls over, kicking with his two hind legs. The hawk goes flying, its feathered body slamming into the balcony railing with a hard thud. Then it falls limply to the deck.
The Moon Rabbit was only toying with that poor hawk, making it fly him up here so he could get to me. That hawk thought he was just getting a tasty snack, but he was never going to survive as soon as Coello saw some use in him.
