“Is that some kind of wolf power I haven’t learned about yet?” I muttered. Aaron smiled.
“It’s a uniquely Mauve power,” he said. “That’s why she’s the head of the Council.”
“They don’t seem to like you very much,” I said carefully. “Especially that one old guy…Charles was his name, I think.”
