It was a miracle, but it happened nonetheless. Lukas killed Sitan, the living embodiment of evil. He glanced at the blood covered horn and let out a deep sigh. It was over. Finally. "You did it," Alice said. Dawn was rising in the horizon behind her. "Yeah," Lukas replied. "I can't believe it."

“Why are you getting into trouble here?” Faking being hurt, I put the basket of bars on my hip. “Is that Tatum?” Another warrior came over to me. Yama chuckled, "Don't worry, you won't find any ugly creatures in there." Lukas rolled his eyes. "I'm just telling the truth! The tunnels on earth are filthy and house rats." I suppressed my smile at the disgusted look on his face. From the limited interactions I had with the lord, I knew that he despised a few things about earth and was vocal about it. It was amusing to me because most of the people on earth don't even care about those things. "Let's just go" Lukas breathed as he urged me to step beside him. I refused to leave his hand, no matter what.

They hugged, Carla rushed into the class. "Come on, don't you dare die on me, we're almost there, just a little more" , Lucas said. Lucas was having his regular struggle with his delivery bike. Ever since he became orphaned he's had to fend for himself. "Special deliveries" , he said with a smile as soon as the door opened. The woman smiled at the sight of Lucas, a 6ft, dark haired, handsome and a little bit built young man. "Well thank you, do you want to come in?" She said with a wink.

“Lucas, this isn’t a vacation. It’s dangerous. Your brother and I are going on a scouting mission. He knows herbalism, healing, and geology. What can you offer?” Lucas frowns, flexing his arms. “I’m strong! I can help fight off the bad guys!” He strikes a pose, showing off his muscles. I laugh and push him away playfully. “You can’t even beat me in a fight, muscle boy. And you’re still waiting for your wolf. Get back to me when you’ve got one.” I turn to organize my desk, grabbing a book to take with me—studies can’t be neglected, even on a mission.
