Alpha Reid's Bound Mate

Alpha Reid's Bound Mate

Mira's wounds were already closing, her wolf working hard to heal her. Good. Her father will be glad to see her alive. Without wasting any more time, I reached for Heart Stone, hovering above the water. My hand clamped around the cold stone. Suddenly, the mark on my back seared with heat. A sharp scream escaped my lips as I dropped to my knees. A violent, bright light blinded my vision. When I looked down at the stone, it was melted, seeping into my skin, my veins, and rooting itself there. The world started spinning around me. I was on the floor before I could stop myself.

And it hated it. --- Finally, the corridor opened into a high, circular chamber. In the center hovered the Heartstone: a crystal the size of a heart, pulsing with silver and violet light. It radiated heat and power. But it wasn’t alone. A figure stood before it, robed in crimson and black. His face—familiar. “Malric?” Nyra hissed. Aria shook her head. “No. That’s not him.” The figure smiled, but the smile was wrong. Too wide. Too old. “You’ve come far, Aria of the Bond. But this gift is not freely given.”

BETRAYED BY HER BLOOD, CLAIMED BY THE NIGHT

BETRAYED BY HER BLOOD, CLAIMED BY THE NIGHT

Nomo whispered. (SOFIA QUISPE’S POINT OF VIEW) Sofia felt the stone move. It wasn't just a physical shift; it was a psychic awakening. The marble of the altar cracked, a vein of pure, crystalline white light erupting from the center. The heat was incredible, a searing, cleansing fire that burned away the cold of the drainage tunnels and the stain of Zilo’s brand. She reached into the crack, her fingers closing around a smooth, pulsating object that felt like it was made of frozen starlight. The Heartstone. It was smaller than she expected, no bigger than a grapefruit, but it held the weight of an entire dimension.

Wolf of Stone

Wolf of Stone

I placed a hand against my chest and began to mutter. "I call to thee My crystal heart Return to me And never depart." Suddenly, a familiar purple crystal appeared before our eyes as it revolved on its axis. Axil breathed in fascination, "is that your crystal?" I nodded and waved my hand towards the crystal, allowing it to absorb itself into my chest and disappear. "So, what are you going to do now?" Axil asked warily.

The Mage's Heart

The Mage's Heart

I saw people on the other side dance back out of the way and registered buildings of stone and wood, and a dirty road, but there were so many people involved in so much activity the detail of their environment was lost to their motion. Rivyn urged the reluctant Coryfe forwards through the opening in the air. There was no screech of wind, no bright flash of light as we stepped through - the difference between a completed spell, and an incomplete one. We rode out onto filthy cobblestones. “The city of Nerith,” he told me, his lips near my ear. “Where my next target is. I am hoping, now that I have read the book, cover to cover, I can exchange it for the opportunity to read a very rare tome tha

A brilliant adult fairy tale! Dark romance, fairies, sirens, mages, dragons, dark elves, mermaids, trolls, imps, spells, and quests. I loved it, an action packed adventure from beginning to end. Folk lore and fae stories truly came alive, I fell in love with the characters and got lost in the story.

The Lost Graystone Princess

The Lost Graystone Princess

"Marc is attempting something forbidden." At the top of the staircase, we encountered another sealed entrance. This one required no blood—merely my touch caused the stone to slide silently aside, revealing a small antechamber adjacent to the main Sacred Stone chamber. Through a narrow archway, I could see the massive stone itself—a towering monolith of obsidian shot through with veins of silver and blue. And before it stood Marc Stone.

The Rejected Queen

The Rejected Queen

Humming faintly like a heartbeat. Dark stone, almost black, with a vein of silvery crystal spiraling through it like a captured breath of moonlight. “The ruins responded to you,” she said. “Because they recognized you.” “Why?” My voice barely made it past my lips. Lira crouched in front of me, gaze calm but ancient. The stone pulsed in my hand, sudden and bright. I dropped it with a gasp. It hit the floor with a soft thud, unbroken, and rolled to a stop near Damon’s boot. He didn’t move. Didn’t breathe.

The Alpha's Mute Mate

The Alpha's Mute Mate

Where the other prayer stones were solid, uniform pieces of carved rock, this one showed a hairline crack running down its center. It had been broken and then carefully mended, the join so subtle it was almost invisible. But as I turned it in the torchlight, I could see that it wasn't quite the same color on both sides—as if two different stones had been fused together. My blood ran cold as understanding dawned. This wasn't a prayer stone at all. It was something far more sinister, something that explained the impossible voice I'd heard. A mimic stone—I'd read about them in the forbidden texts, artifacts so dangerous that most packs had banned them entirely.

The Groom From The Fairy-Tale Land

The Groom From The Fairy-Tale Land

"Cheater... you said? Is there... a rule against using magic in this fight?" "Cough! Cough!" Grace grasped her chest again. Finding her sword two meters away, Grace used the last of her strength to drag herself towards it. "You're just a regular human girl. How dare you think you can defeat an ancient god like me?" The Magical Stone approached Grace while raising his sword. "Do you think I can only use a sword like you, foolish?" "NO!" Grace's shout widened the Magical Stone's smile as he raised his sword high, then swung it down to split her body in two. However, the sudden pain burning in his chest made him freeze. He glanced down, only to find a glowing green knife embedded in his chest.
