Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Novels & Stories

As we took flight, soaring into the starlit sky, my heart raced with adrenaline, each beat echoing the thrill of impending combat. Amidst the swirling chaos, I spotted Mariah, her massive, decayed gray dragon form looming ominously against the moonlit backdrop. With a fierce growl, she unleashed torrents of fire towards Ari, illuminating the night with an eerie glow. But we were quicker; Ari suddenly tucked her wings in, surrendering to gravity briefly, just as Mariah's flames shot past us, sizzling in the air.

I heard a Snap from besides him and a tall lady in pure black rope appeared besides him. Her head was hidden in a black hoodie and her thick and wavy black hair completely covered her face from view. "yes mistress! " I heard Kai the dragon answered before turning to look at me. His eyes completely different.

Some of the dragons fly lower toward us to attack. ‘Reaper, he’s hurt! Skedaddle Dash!’ I say, teleporting across the field. I hold my hands out and catch him just in time. He’s alive but exhausted, and his right-wing appears broken. I hold him close against my chest with one hand, and with the other, I hold it up and shout, ‘Tumultuous Volley!’ forming a storm, striking lightning in the sky. Maia forms balls of purple light while Kadva forms balls of blue and aims them toward the dragons.

A knock on the door made me move the quilt lower to ask who it was. "High Lord Tymon has asked that I bear food and fruits to you, my Lady." A tiny voice came from the other side of the door. A brownie, perhaps. I turned my back to the door. "I'm not hungry. Later." I said. I vaguely registered a sigh and shuffling of feet as the brownie left. "What the history will not tell you is that Dragons were not created by Luna. We existed. Even before Luna." I blinked at that, but said nothing, lest I interrupt her. "Before Luna, the mother, there were other gods that ruled the world. There were beings that walked the earth that were feared. Some still do. Like

She mumbled words that could cause the enemies to kneel, burn, and experience tingling pain in their bodies as Emily exerted control over her power over them. Emily’s body was glowing, transforming into a moon goddess, wearing a white dress and a jeweled star on her forehead. “Morsus...” (Pain) “Combustum...” (Burn) “Interficio...” (Kill) Emily was saying those words, and slowly, the grunts and roars of the hunters and rouges were subsiding. Her eyes darted at the King and Queen of Rouges. Her eyes were dangerous and made her shudder.

I screamed as I shifted into my dragon and her eyes widened. Nightshade mixed with madwort gas is a powerful mox that stops a dragon from shifting, so she was shocked when I could shift. I think it was the Eye of Sabius or whatever the power that made me strong enough to break the chains. “Let’s show this bitch what happens if they fight with us! Kill her now!” “Gladly!” “Shoot at her,” Tymeria screamed at the top of her lungs, as Nova flew straight at her face, my anger becoming bigger and bigger. “Shoot.”

“Why do you not want me to bother?” “Because she is ordered not to interact with you. Dragons are loyal, so if I tell her not to do something, she won’t. If she does disobey me though, she will experience an intense pain that will make her wish she could die.” Cyran shrugged as he started heading upstairs. “Why do you always have to be an ass?” Placing my hands on my hips, I started rethinking the part about wanting to be in a rush to escape. “Oh, by the way, did you like everything that my Maid bought for you? If there is anything else you need, just let me know.” He turned toward me, with one foot on the bottom step, appearing to be uninterested in what I said.

~ The beast giggled, and Luna could only think about how dark its humor was. - It is just that the wolves do not like heights. - Luna replied absent-mindedly. ~ But Kaitlyn is not a wolf. Heights are her world. Being tied up to the ground is the worst punishment for us. - Could you tell me your name? I do not feel good referring to you as a dragon. - Luna said with embarrassment. She should start with that. - I am Shioban, but I guess you know that already. ~ My name is Elena. I am surprised you know what I am, but I suspect you and your mate knew the truth from the beginning. Only this poor girl was left in the dark. ~ The dragon said with disappointment.

That’s surely a red flag! My heart is racing, and before I know it, my world goes black as I faint, but when my eyes open again, honey-brown ones greet mine, “Are you okay, Miss Mason?“ King Madden asks as he stands over me…… but as I try to compose myself, I see my black maid shoes peering out from beneath my dress! Oh no! I definitely blew this!

He raised one, preparing to strike. But Mochi was faster. In a blur of motion, she leapt into the air and shifted into her small humanoid form—still childlike, but fierce. Her hands glowed with faint magic as she launched herself toward the witch. “Stay away from her!” she shouted. The witch barely moved. With a flick of his wrist, a blast of dark energy exploded outward, slamming Mochi mid-air and sending her crashing hard against the wall. She let out a gasp, her small body falling limp to the floor.
