Khatulistiwa merupakan sebuah kerajaan modern dengan sistem pemerintahan demokrasi. Negeri yang kaya sumber daya alamnya, tetapi semua itu tidak untuk kesejahteraan rakyat, semuanya habis masuk ke dalam perut rakus para penguasa. Rein yang seorang aktivis mahasiswa, sering mengkritisi tindakan pemerintah. Ia kerap melakukan diskusi isu kebijakan dan ikut serta menyuarakan keadilan lewat aksi unjuk rasa. Berhadapan dengan aparat langsung adalah makanan sehari-harinya. Suara misterius yang entah darimana datangnya, tiba-tiba saja muncul di kepala Rein. Entitas tidak berwujud itu mengaku bernama Sistem Keadilan Surgawi. Sistem tersebut memberikan beragam misi kepada Rein yang mengarah pada mengngungkap kejahatan para pejabat dan penguasa korup. Entitas itu juga memberinya berbagai kekuatan ntuk menunjang semua keberhasilan tugas yang diemban. Atas bantuan sistem Rein berjanji, akan mengembalikan keadilan yang telah lama hilang di khatulistiwa.

But the healer only rolls her eyes. "You bitch, trying to use such lowly tricks to get my Alpha's attention? You wish!
