When Shantal knocked on the door, small boxes in hand, she nearly fell over when she saw Trevor, a boy whom she hardly knew before, stand in the doorway with a gun pointed at her. I have always loved the concept of Halloween and how incredibly crazy it can be, there are simply no rules to make it happen.
