Samantha A golden wolf walked up to me and spoke, "We need to return," and suddenly after it spoke, it turned to mist, and I was standing on the grounds of my pack settlement. On my left was a group of wolves led by a silver wolf. While on my right another group of wolves stood led by a bronze coloured wolf and a Silver wolf with bronze highlights. It was a standoff between both wolf groups. The environment was filled with burning houses and dead wolves. It was like a war zone. When I looked ahead, I saw my mother emerge from the smoke, she walked to me and changed to a silver wolf and spoke, "Selena Samantha Moonchild is time to return to your pack," Everything turned to mist.

I scanned the trees in front of us and my eyes fell into the grass with rash movements, just near a chir pine tree. “Quinn, East!” I shouted as I felt something from the east running in our direction. Quinn nodded and immediately positioned her bow to release the arrow with poison. With a bolt, Quinn calmly let go of the arrow when a big brown werewolf appeared. This is our first time to see a brown-haired werewolf, most of the hunts we’ve been to have black or grey fur. “Brown?” Rendall asked as we saw the arrow hit its leg and growl in pain.

When I put one of my eyes on it, and closed the other one, I could see everything very clearly. “You are not to move. Talk. Or even breathe when Kent is here.” My mother said to me when she found out Kent, a werewolf with the biggest clan, was interested in seeing Marianna. “Mama, I cleaned all the china, and swatted the sofa. You won’t find any of our wolf hairs or real hairs. Can Jezebel and I go out now? She hasn’t been out since the incident.” I heard Marianna, my light, my love, my sister, ask my mother. Only her red hair was visible to me but I could almost imagine her pink button nose scrunching up as it always did, as she talked.

It was time to act. Out of the darkness, Mario immediately appeared, with his eyes filled with blood thirstiness. "It is time for the destroyer to consume moon city, and there's nothing anyone can do about it." Mario said with so much pride in his eyes. Immediately, Tessa growled with anger, and her lupine power took over the atmosphere. In no time, the war began. It was a raw display of werewolf powers, black magic and witchcraft sorcery. Suddenly, the destroyer raise its claws to tear them apart.

Meow ran up to Winston, meowing at him once before he let out a sigh of relief: "They're gone now? Good. Those damn wolves, just a moment ago they scratched me so viciously..." As he finished speaking, his tense body suddenly relaxed and he broke out into a sweat. He had been caught off guard by the sudden wolf attack, and had only managed to use the teleportation spell of the Cat Tribe in the nick of time, in an effort to minimize his injuries. But it had cost him a tremendous amount of energy. If the wolves had chosen to stay and continue fighting him, he doubted he could have lasted much longer.

Mack yelled over the top of the chaos on screen and Mj just shook her head as she left the others with their movie and was not surprised when she opened the front door to find the sound of nature and silence more comforting than the synthetic noises the others were taking part in. It didn’t take Mj long to find Moxie, he was leaning against the wall directly next to the door just staring at the sky. Mj smiled to herself and approached the silent sulking wolf, “this a private party or can anyone join?” she asked as she popped open both bottles and presented one to Moxie. Shock had given way to disbelief and then, unexpectedly, to curiosity. Even now, although he still had trouble wrapping his head around some of it, it was no longer as farfetched as in the beginning. He'd never seen a werewolf in real life until the night he'd been standing in his backyard and gotten the shock of his life. Watching Mike shift had blown his mind, and it sure wasn't something he talked about. That had been a real wow! moment.

He cleared his throat silently. "Oops." She whispered with a breathy chuckle. "My bad guys," he rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Luna, this is my mate and Beta Female, Tasha." He wrapped an arm around her waist lovingly and stared down at her with adoration. Is this what mates were supposed to be like. I eyed the space between Diesel and I. Were we supposed to be like that? Did werewolves even have the choice of their mate? Or are they just given one and told to be happy about it?
