Kaldar wakes up after his impurification, now reborn as a vampire, and having no memories of his past except for the fact that he was a dying cancer patient. As a vampire he is supposed to be stoic yet he finds himself falling in love with a human girl named Dawn, which eventually causes him to a fellow vampire for the first time. He has to decide between his human lover, his aspiration to find out about his past life and the higher court.

Blooms of blood appeared on the bed sheet, like some kind of cruel artwork. “Moon Goddess, please give me a chance to be reborn!” I silently pleaded, just before my heart was harvested. At this moment, the dazzling full moon suddenly emitted a blinding white light.
