KNOCKOUT
My hits got lazy as I tired, and his head fell back for a moment as he tried to catch his breath, arms still in front of his face.
I slammed my fist toward his face one last time, his arms breaking apart just enough that my small fist slipped between them, and I landed a shot right to his nose. I could distinctively hear the sound of the back of his head dropping against the mat and paused with my shaky fist raised, prepared to give another blow.
When he stayed down with his eyes closed, I stood up, keeping my front to him in case he got up. There was no bell to signal I won, and I was prepared for another round to start as soon as he collected himself enough to attack.
