The beast stood at twice the height of a fully grown man and was an animoid, specifically lion-like. “What in the world is that?” Mary asked, her eyes widening in shock.

He pulled out the top drawer, took out a whip, and started whipping her all over her body, and the worst thing was, it wasn't a normal whip; it was a fire whip, and it burned her skin like hell. Dolores screamed and cried, her body burned, the pain was excruciating, the man whipped her without mercy until her whole body was covered with welts and burns. "You fucking bitch, I will not let you get away with this. I will show you how the Beast handles fucking bitches like you. I will kill you, you filthy cunt," he shouted, his hands reaching out, grabbing her throat, squeezing her throat, choking her, making her gasp for air.

Kiema said, patting Kord's arm braced over her front. "The Beast. It comes," Alok said, his pale blue eyebrows dipped low over his tricolored eyes. "Right, yes. You've mentioned. What is the beast and why should I care?" Kiema asked. The group of Wardens jerked back as if Kiema had punched them in the bellies. "The Beast is the natural apex predator of all magical kind. It is the antithesis to any Prime or Prime descendant."

It could be lurking in the shadows. Stay wide-awake chaps, do not let your defenses down! Have your guns on standby and flashlight focus!” Another police officer shouted.

He answered. His words made total sense. As simple as he looked, he was wise and very accurate with his intuitions. "So what's your decision father. We both know that when you cross the damn river there is no point of return." I reminded him. "Damon, That Beast is searching for a breeder. A bond and mate. If luckily Hera proves herself worthy and its instinct is drawn fully to her, it won't harm her. I don't want to think the worst that's why I still have a ray of hope that she is still alive and being kept well." He answered.

Amir cleared his throat and gestured to the first one who had a burned scar on his face, he was the one who had a permanent scowl on his face. “The first one is Brute, he's pure strength and force. He may be the strongest one in the pack.” Amir explained. Brute didn’t react, he just stared at us with the same usual expression he had. A big part of me feels like he doesn’t want to be here.
