I made sure everything I wrote in the journal was detailed and well dated, it makes me smile whenever I read it. The book wasn't that detailed as the journal, but it had important moments of our lives, starting from the bullying, the abuse, change and the battle for forgiveness which I haven't been able to write because I need to be sure I was ready to forgive and forget the past which I don't think would be easy cause the kids were like a constant reminder of it, but to be honest my kids were the best thing that has ever happened to me.

She placed it beside the keepsake box containing their letters.
