Each column was labeled with an alphabet and each row had a mixture of names, numbers, and letters. Column A had a list of names beneath it. Column B had another list of names. And column C had numbers with Alphabets at the end. After every few names, there was a thick black line with a new set of numbers as the heading which I assumed was the date, and a new list of information.
