My Hollywood System Novels & Stories

After Elodie returned to the real world, it took a while for her to accept that she'd returned to reality. The events with John felt like a dream, yet no matter what, she could not forget them. "Host, your mission reward has been deposited in your account, so you can live the rest of your life without any problems. Go and live your life the way you want." The system's voice appeared out of nowhere, and Elodie nodded. "Also, there's someone who wants to see you, so I've arranged for you to meet."

I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere this fancy before. "When will you stop staring?" Leo's voice disturbs my thoughts. I awkwardly clear my throat. "I always knew Hollywood actors were rich. But I never realized y'all were rich rich!" "The more you know." He shrugs, walking in with Mickie. Running, I catch up to them inside. And damn! The interior is even more gorgeous. Marble floors shine under soft lights, and a huge chandelier hangs above like something out of a movie. The furniture looks too expensive to sit on, and the whole place smells like vanilla and money.

Instead of answering—because it's mostly a gut feeling—I turn my attention back to Connor and say, "We need to check the security cameras. Now!" Connor nods and we all head straight for the small corner office at the back of the house where a system is set up to monitor the exterior of the compound. Connor got rid of all the old school enforcers who used to guard us and patrol the grounds, and now a private security firm has taken over. Even though the estate has always been safe, they still keep watch over the property, inside and out, and monitor everything. Apparently, they weren't being as vigilant as they should and when we swarm into the room, the man at the desk looks up in surprise.

The buttons are on a touch LCD screen. We got to the top floor very quickly before he pulled me out and began to walk quickly again. We passed a few offices and cubicles before finally arriving at these large double doors. He opens them and inside is a long table where it looked like a meeting was being held. All of the staff stood up and bowed before Bo walked me to the head of the table. "Everyone, this is Jake. The man I sent the email about. Thank you for meeting me on such short notice." Bo began to say.

Blaine kept refreshing my results page, muttering to himself, “Impossible. This has to be a system bug!” The principal and several reporters standing nearby stepped forward and clearly saw my SAT results page. The score field was blank. Below it, a line of black text appeared clearly on the screen. [Total Score: Your ranking has entered the top 50 in the state. Detailed results will be available on the 27th.] Not only were the people present stunned, but even the comments floating in front of me froze for several seconds before suddenly exploding.

Xavier looked down at his watch before standing up walking over to me slowly, the closer he got the more turned on I became. "Come," he said holding out his hand and I took it as he lead me down a small hall inside he room backing me up against the wall his lips landed on mine. I moaned my walls clenching in need, his hands moved to my waist pushing up my dress and I become aware of what he planned to do. "Xavier don't you think th-" "This is a blindspot for the cameras, I wouldn't do anything if there was a chance of someone seeing you," he whispered against my neck cutting me off.
