I call out, and two deltas along with Jason walk in. Jason has an eyebrow cocked. He knows that I have barely ever called him for meetings in recent times. I am not about to lose my mind over the stupid thing that he did, getting Nova injured. That can be handled later. Her safety first. “You called for us, Alpha,” the deltas say, standing in front of me with their hands to their back, while Jason stands at the side, watching me. “Yes,” I say, before leaning in. “My mate has to be moved.”

I looked back at Adrian, and he didn’t continue his attack on Selina. Selina remained lying on the ground, seemingly confused by what she had heard as well. Adrian looked up and stared toward where we were sitting. “Love,” Alpha Mateo, Damien’s father, murmured. “Enough, we’ve already seen how skilled both of them are. Are we really going to continue their fight when we know that a future alpha is fighting against a wolfless?” Luna Mirasol said authoritatively. “But how will we know who will win and make it into the Top 10?” the Alpha of the Frostpine Pack asked.
