I was sweating from the pain, my body betraying me. Desperate, I reached for my phone, but as soon as I unlocked it, a notification popped up, showing me a new post from Grace. I've been stalking Melissa Jones for over four years now, and for reasons I do not know, I've never been able to summon the courage to message her on I*******m, which is now the happening spot. What ever the case may be, I'm grateful to almighty, for making my father cross paths with Melissa, and being thoughtful enough to choose her for me. The second wish was for her to buy an apartment on March 14, 2022 at 2 pm. The third wish was for her to be immortal. The fourth wish was that no harm would return to him, no matter how hard she practiced. The fifth wish was that both she and her mother would be immortal and not age. The sixth wish was for her mother to be completely dependent on her and not be able to do anything that was technological on her own, and that she didn't understand technology. The seventh wish was that everything from vegetables would increase, food and food would increase. The eighth wish was that her mother wouldn't get any more jobs, work or anyone else to hire her.

I whispered, barely able to breathe. He let out a deep breath and finally released me. He looked at me strangely, though the anger still lingered in his eyes. "You know," I began softly, trying to make him understand that there was no going back, "I only ever truly loved my grandpa. Everyone else that’s been close to me… they’ve always left, somehow. All I ever wanted was to make him happy. I just want to fulfill his last wish, so please, Roderick, don’t quit now. And besides, you have your own selfish reasons for marrying me too."
