Independence Is a Good Look On Her

Independence Is a Good Look On Her

"What makes you say that?" The book ended with all the mysteries unraveled, and the clues pointed toward the physics teacher. He used his expertise to pull off the perfect crime, and the narrative made it clear he was the murderer. Sam wanted to confirm if the physics teacher was actually the murderer. At that moment, Mindy studied him intently. Sam continued, "I recall a few subtle clues in the book…" First, the shadow on the staircase seemed off. Then, there was the missing murder weapon. Although the police eventually recovered it, the book never explained how it disappeared.

This is a good book. I enjoyed reading it. It’s been a week now with no new chapters. At least end the book with an ending instead of just left it hanging. It’s getting more interesting & I know the readers would like to continue reading it. You know the feeling without closure, no satisfaction.......
adowhatever

THE ALPHA'S TRUE MATE

THE ALPHA'S TRUE MATE

But nothing seemed to match the symbol on my door. Frustrated, I leaned back in my chair, rubbing my temples. There had to be something here, some clue that I was missing. I glanced at the stack of books beside me, my eyes landing on one that looked older and more worn than the others. Its leather cover was cracked and faded, the title barely legible: *The Mysteries of Silverwood.* I pulled the book closer and opened it carefully. The pages were brittle, the text handwritten in an elegant script. As I flipped through the pages, a passage caught my eye:

The Alpha's Secret Daughter

The Alpha's Secret Daughter

Fuck, she makes me feel everything. "It is indeed a good morning," I say wrapping more of her wild hair around her ear so I can see her face better. "Sorry, I fell asleep," she says. I'm not sorry. I didn't want to get into her Dad's allegations last night and even though she wasn't happy about it she asked me to read her the book she had grabbed off my book shelf. One of my favorites. It's a mystery novel about two mates who find each other while they are both trying to catch the same serial killer that's on the loose.

A Desk Full of Mysteries

Jessi reminds her smiling. "Of course." She says blandly. So he was your first? Let’s see. "So why hack into all the systems at the school and my company to get Hanna in, could have put her in some position at one of their companies. Why the Albuquerque CIA?" Nathan. The two are amazed, it is proof that they were even thinking that I knew nothing about it. They were acting here thinking they were making a fool of me. "I’m not my father, it won’t work out whatever the plano" Nathan

The Mysterious Disappearance

The Mysterious Disappearance

Emma's heart racing, she picked it up and read the words: "Meet me at the old clock tower at midnight. Come alone." The note wasn't signed, but Emma knew instinctively that it was from someone who knew her secrets. Someone who might be able to help her uncover the truth about her sister's disappearance and the sinister forces at play. Emma's mind was a whirlwind of questions. Who was behind the note? Marrying My Ex for Revenge

Marrying My Ex for Revenge

The bookstore smells like it always has—old paper, lavender sachets tucked between shelves, the faint metallic tang of the ancient radiator that clanks every twelve minutes. Elena's already in our corner when I arrive. Second floor. Mystery section. The window seat we claimed sophomore year when we discovered this place and decided civilized people read mysteries in natural light. She's got coffee. Two cups. Mine's still steaming. I take it without speaking. Sip. Perfect. "Ten minutes late." Elena doesn't look up from the window. "Parallel parking a moving truck on Seventh?"

And as I stared at the page beneath the harsh locker-room lights, trying unsuccessfully to remember where, I realized that for the first time the mystery wasn’t getting smaller. It was getting personal.

The Mysterious Alpha

The room was small with books taking up most of the spaces, leaving a very small space for people to sit. Red mask went to the seat behind the table and nodded for us to seat opposite him. Reluctantly, Craig pulled me to the seat beside him. Yet, I couldn’t help but stare at the strange pictures all over the room. There were like thousands of books that I was sure no one would be able to read to finish, no matter how many minutes they spent reading each day. “Where’s the mark?” he said without preamble. He seemed not to be interested in any other thing than the mark.

My Mysterious Husband

My Mysterious Husband

She knew the scent before she even opened the box—it was her mother’s recipe. Her eyes narrowed. There was no way he could’ve known that. Not unless… She stepped into the hallway and glanced down the corridor, heart starting to pound just slightly. Her eyes scanned the flood of bodies—interns in scrubs, gurneys rolling past, a code blue being paged overhead. And then, through the shifting crowd, she saw a mysterious man. He stood halfway down the corridor, half-hidden behind a group of surgical residents chatting near the elevators. His face was obscured by a black KN95, and a baseball cap sat low on his brow, but even through the layers, something about his presence felt… familiar.
