The dimly lit red room turned into a lighter shade of red with each passing minute. "Yes, the color of the room is..."I tried to make sense of it all. "Yes, your hunch is correct. "Well, I cross-referenced the video with a UV ray filter, and here's what I found"his fingers worked fast. he turned the screen back to me and in the shades of yellow and blue, I saw the room enveloped in a cloud of grey smoke that filled the whole room.

He'd been screaming so much and Casey had to gag him to keep his yells muffled. The only light in the room was a yellow bulb covered in cobwebs. It dangled freely and illuminated the room sparsely. This room was located underground and nobody apart from them all knew that an Argent had been captured. It'd have caused an uproar, something really uncontrollable. I slide it into the lock. It turns. Thunk. I push the door open. I step inside. And I stop. I stop breathing. I stop thinking. As the door slowly opened, the room began to get lit with red lights, and a single bed which was obviously programmed, surprisingly came out from inside a wall. I sat on the bed, my long hair, sticking to my face as I struggled to search Dashiell's expression for some reason why we were in a room that was almost empty. "This room is called the red room," he announced. I quirked my head to the side and chuckled, "Let me guess…this is also known as your kink room?"

At least it is less red. I got up and look more closely at the place. Despite the darkness, I can recognize every detail of the room. The entrance was located in a small room with a table in the centre. Ahead were the doors and stairs to the other rooms, the walls were painted in yellow and green with ornaments on the ceiling and footer. An extremely tempting smell for someone with an empty stomach like me was coming from one of the doors. It is soup. As if I were hypnotized, my feet move towards the door. When I open it, the aroma increases and an uncomfortable cloud of hot steam hits my face.

I was looking at what could keep me alive. The Shelter Room was colder than the others. Its faded blue walls held the morning light in a soft, almost tender way. Dust gathered along the baseboards. The broken lamp still stayed sadly in the corner. A spider had built a small web between the windowsill and the wall, delicate and stubborn. I stood in the doorway for a long moment. Then I stepped inside. “This room needs yellow,” I said. Lucian relaxed against the doorframe. “Yellow?” “Not bright yellow. Not school-bus yellow. Soft yellow. Like morning...something that tells a child the day has not ended just because the adults are afraid.”

Ornate designs with vases sat around the corner and on shelves. It was warm here. It scented nice like lavender. I was thankful to be away from the probing eyes of the mafia… would it be cool to call them mafia people? “Where are we going?” I asked with curiosity bubbling in my stomach. “You’ll see,” he answered, stopping in front of a door and unlocking it. The place was quite impressive. As they entered the room, Myla couldn’t help but be mesmerized by the surroundings. The walls were pristine white, adorned with LED lights shaped like vines in the corners, casting a gentle yellow glow that exuded pure joy. The furniture matched the theme, all in white, and a very light yellow center rug added a subtle touch of color. Most assassins hated the color because of how showy it was but I held a personal grudge for yellow. It was the color my mother was wearing when she was murdered. It was a distinct yellow, the type that was shiny and sunny.

I took her further inside, into the depth where darkness lived. A room opened. I threw her inside and turned on the lights. It was the infamous Red Room that had a room all around Asia.
