As I picked up my phone, I saw that I had missed calls from Mason. [ Call me back as soon as you see this.] His text popped up as I unlocked my phone.

*Isla* I am staring at the telephone, missing my youngest brother, wondering how he is doing, wishing I could see him, hug him, see his smile… when the phone rings, and I jump back into my chair at the dining table, almost knocking it over. The situation seems a little creepy. Lately, Mystica has been filling my mind with all kinds of thoughts about what could be going on with my mental state–the dreams, the memories, all of that stuff–that when I am looking at the phone and hear it break the noiseless space of my room with its high-pitched chirp, I can’t help but wonder for a moment if I did that with my mind.

Seconds later, the apparition of a purple haired, silver eyed, pale girl appeared before me. "Holy shit," Erys and Ally stared. "HOLY SHIT IT TALKS! WHAT! I CAN'T...WHAT!" I paused in mid-spazz. "My power?" Salax laughed. "She rarely speaks but yes." "Sorry," Crystalis giggled. "Yeah your power was...colorful. I love it. So I wanted you." "Colorful? I sound like a rainbow." I laughed. "I'm colorful." I noticed that Salax kept poking Ally. "Careful she has my-" I covered my mouth as Ally bit his finger. "-my defensive instinct."

Ace entered his private lift and pressed the ground bottom. When the lift reached the ground floor, Ace came out. He went towards his car. His driver opened the car door for him. Ace got in. The driver took the driving seat and started the car. Ace took out his phone. Since morning, his phone was in silent mode. He turned on silent mode because he was receiving non stop phone calls and messages. All of them wanted to know about his nonexisting girlfriend. Ace opened his phone and saw 300 missed calls and 235 messages.

He walked over to the telephone placed on the wall to answer the call. "Hello, Alpha Alexander," he heard a familiar, irritating voice say through the call in a mocking tone. "Who is on the line?" Alexander demanded. "The Mystery," the other person at the other end of the phone replied. "You want your mate and maid back? Come and meet me alone. I will give you an hint just because I'm that nice. I'm at the place where the weak will go with fear and the strong will go with ego. I give you three hours, Alexander, three hours, or else kiss goodbye to your mate."

My phone buzzed again. Unknown Number: Your silence says more than words ever could. Meet me tonight. Same place as before. Theo hadn’t seen this one. My chest ached with the weight of it. I should delete it. Block him. Tell Theo everything. Instead, I slipped the phone into my pocket, my hands trembling. --- Across campus, Damien leaned lazily against the hood of his car, sunglasses hiding his eyes as students passed. His phone vibrated in his palm, and he smirked at the unread message he’d just sent.

No one could take that away from him—not even his damn grandfather. "Who’s calling you? Your phone has been vibrating for a while now," Mystique noted while they were watching a movie. Cyan glanced at her phone and realized Mystique was right. When she picked it up, her brow furrowed. Why on earth was Zach calling her? "Who is it? Is it Kirk?" Mystique prodded. Cyan shook her head slowly. "It’s Zach." Mystique’s eyes widened as she peered at the screen. She frowned as well. "Why is he calling you?"

Something that reminded me I was still in control of the storm I had created. I leaned back in my chair and stared at the city lights. Marie. Always Marie. She was the beginning of this madness, and she would be the end of it too. A soft vibration pulled me back. A new message from an unknown number. Got a phone. Calling now. I grabbed the second phone, the one I had reserved just for this. A clean secure burner. It rang once before I answered. “Talk.” Dante’s voice came through, slightly winded. “Got the phone. Had to pay a courier kid to give it up. Told him it was an emergency. No traces.”

Izzy's phone buzzed with a new message, and she hesitated for a moment before picking it up. It was from D, the mysterious figure who had been helping her find her sister. But this message was different. It wasn’t the usual cryptic warning or vague instruction—it was a direct request. "I have something for you. We need to meet. I’ll send the address. – D."

Phone calls unanswered, text messages ignored. Layla's heart skipped a beat as she quickly said, "What a coincidence! Today, I heard a phone ringing persistently in the master's room. Someone kept calling him, and was quite insistent. Even though the call wasn't answered, the caller refused to hang up. Eventually, when I entered the room, the ringing stopped.
