The only difference is that Annita likes dark colors on clothes, unlike Nana, who prefers much brighter and light.

"So this is where you've been disappearing to, Mikoto." He turned to see his older sister, Nana, standing in the doorway with a smirk on her face. Nana was a stunning 21-year-old with long, wavy hair and a curvy figure that made Mikoto's mouth water. "Nana, what are you doing here?" Mikoto asked, pulling out of Ayumi and zipping up his pants. Nana walked over to them, her eyes roaming over Mikoto's body. "I've been watching you, little brother. I've seen how you've been using your power to fuck all these girls. It's quite impressive, actually."

The reason why Kiriya asked this question was that he wanted to know what kind of books or literary works that Monica and Nana loved to read, after all, this place was a literature club so all they did was related to literature. Is it crazy that I feel disappointed that is not them? I know that Nana wouldn’t let just anyone in her house, this person needs to be close to her, or be someone she trusts, Nana is a spiritual wolf, she can sense people’s true intentions before they are even in front of her. She is that special, and because of that she lives away from everyone. Nana is a witch, she confessed it to me not long after I arrived and everyday I learn something new about her.
