Until I Wrote Him
Not the shy author hiding behind polite smiles.
This India burned.
She appeared in my dream with her hair spilling wild around her shoulders, eyes dark, lips parted, cheeks flushed like she’d been running toward me all her life.
“Roman,” she whispered, voice husky, trembling, but not with fear.
With hunger.
I didn’t wait.
I couldn’t.
My hands caught her waist, yanking her against me, her body fitting like it was made for mine.
She gasped, but instead of retreating, her fingers speared into my hair, tugging, demanding more.
