Mark Lee harus menjalani rehabilitasi pasca operasi di Victoria General Hospital, Kanada. Mark bertemu dengan Kim Dahyun, merupakan Dokter yang mengikuti Pertukaran Tenaga Medis dari Seoul University --di mana sebelumnya Mark dirawat. Hingga beberapa bulan kemudian, entah atas dasar apa keduanya semakin dekat. Bukan lagi tentang Dokter dengan pasiennya.
