I heard a voice ask. I shook my head, and shut my eyes, trying to calm down. “Here, have a bottle of water.” A bottle of water was pressed into my hand, I twisted the bottle open and took a long drink. Because even though I felt like I drowned and was brought out of the water, my throat was parched. I opened my eyes. I blinked rapidly, my vision swimming before slowly coming into focus. White light flooded my eyes from above, harsh and unfamiliar. I could fully focus on my surroundings now. A couple of people were watching me, curiosity and concern etched on their faces.

The Dead Zone was a graveyard of toxic black ash and broken memories. Tonight, it would become a slaughterhouse. We proceeded through the area without making any noise. The ten thousand wolves advanced as one gigantic breathing creature that moved through the ice-covered desolate land. The heavy armored transport trucks began to move forward through our central lines while their engines produced a soft rumbling sound that filled the nighttime air. I moved forward with Dante as my partner at the frontmost position of the vanguard. I held the handle of my new Moon-steel sword which felt cold and unmoving against my hand. The Daywalker Amulet emitted a golden glow which pulsed heat that matched

I nodded and left holding my newly acquired phone tightly. My Mother returned home few minutes past 10pm. As usual, my siblings were fast asleep already. I was watching the 10pm news on CHANNELS TELEVISION. The weather was harsh. We were sweating all over. Our standing fan stopped working few months ago. Fixing it will cost alot so it was abandoned. My mother came inside, dropped the bar keys on the bed then grabbed her wrapper and went to the bathroom. "Your drugs ma. " I said as she sat on the bed cleaning her body with her wrapper across her chest. "Fetty I took them by 7pm before taking over the bar from you. I also ate dinner before leaving. " she answered. "Ok ma. " I quickly replied.

Jackson grabbed my hand again and he started walking down the stairs first and helped me down so that I wouldn't trip and then he turned on a gas burner at the bottom of the stairs and it lit up almost the whole room. I looked around in shock, circling in the one spot at the armory that was right under my feet this whole time. It was bigger than the one that was known to us. Werewolves don't usually use weapons. We don't need them in a fight, so the armory that the pack knew about was really small. This one wasn't. It was full of hand guns, riffles, grenades, materials to make bombs, everything that we would need. So I grabbed a duffle bag off of a shelf and started filling it with everythin

Floodlights blazed, cutting through the endless dark, illuminating combat drones and hunter submarines, descending fast, turrets locked. Battle in the Deep Gunfire erupted, lighting up the murky water as Vanessa’s sniper rifle barked sharply, dropping two advancing drones. Explosions rocked the water, forcing us into evasive maneuvers, as Damien surged forward, cutting down two armored guards with merciless precision. I fired sharply, forcing back three hunter drones, breathing sharp, reloading fast. Rook charged ahead, ripping through a security drone’s targeting module, efficient and ruthless. Kyle’s Desperate Search Kyle’s trembling fingers flew over the damaged tactical console, reroutin

With a frustrated huff, she lowered her hand. The gavel slammed down. "Sold! To the lady in midnight blue for four million dollars!" Ashton smirked beside me, but his curiosity was evident as he mind linked me. "Why are you buying your own weapons? " he asked through our mind link. "Why not just take them back?" "Patience, love. I want everyone here to know exactly who’s in control tonight. Let them see the price of betrayal and greed." The next weapon was revealed—a crossbow made from darkened iron, designed to fire bolts that dissolved protective wards on impact.

"The Celestial Dawn pack will remain safe under the leadership of the Alpha Kings. I only brought fifty warriors with me anyway. That's not even one-ninth of the total warriors in the Celestial Dawn pack." Adam looked tired as he faced me. But my mind was made up. I would go as reinforcements to the Wildfire pack. I turned around and walked away. "You want to come with me or stay here, you can choose freely. I'm not forcing you to come with me." Adam rushed to follow behind. "How can I leave you? I would have to come along to protect you." I rolled my eyes in annoyance. "Alright." *** A weapon specially designed for werewolf battles. A weapon that can cut down the distance is usually a disad

I shake off the memory of his massive hands pinning me to his mattress earlier this morning, forcing my focus onto the blood-soaked syndicate business ahead. The Obsidian Crown Plaza is silent, a massive underground weapons depot and tactical hub deep within the Afolayan Dominion's primary stronghold. My combat boots echo against the wet slate floor, the low hum of heavy security wards vibrating through the air. I glance at my watch, checking the tactical readouts. Just past zero nine hundred. I drop my heavily reinforced leather gear bag onto a steel bench, taking a breath to center my inner wolf. Before I can unwrap the silver-laced blades strapped to my ribs, the heavy vault lock clicks.

I said in a low tone. Peter and Justine both glanced to where I talked about. Peter put his palm on his forehead as he brought the weapons, he got from that old, abandoned junkyard. He was bringing with him a Kriss Vector Assault Rifle, a Windham Weaponry's new RMCS-3 AR-15 - Silenced, Scoped, a Kel-Tec KSG-25 Shotgun, a grain sickle, and an axe. I smirked when he brought good and best weapons to use. “Here, hold this for me for a meanwhile,” Peter gave me his axe and grain sickle.
