At its center stood Nythra, bound by chains of star-metal, his form a storm of teeth and talons. The god's gaze pinned him.

“Yuki Snow.” The equivalent of Kyle with the guardian God Capricorn, its image follows different from the reflection and shard of her existence, as HE continues. “Nariko, Arashi, twin of the guardian God Gemini.” Holding the image and shard that Gilbert and Nate hold as the reflection of them, HE utters the rest of their name, yet hides the succeeding guardian Gods as HE names. “Hinata, Kyoko, Haru, Daikichi, Sapphire, Arata, Levi, and the two important ones.”

Sofia whispered, her head falling back as the blue cracks on her skin began to glow with a soft, stabilizing emerald light. The other children moved in, forming a wide circle around Sofia and Nomo. They joined hands, their small bodies glowing with a collective resonance that defied the oily blackness of the sky. A hacker from Berlin who only went by Nyx. They trickled in, one by one, like long-lost stars pulled back into orbit.
