Despite wanting to get a day off, there was no reason for her to miss school especially when she had such an important test today. Giselle gazes up and looks at herself in the mirror to see her face in complete ruin. She fell asleep with her hair tied into a bun, and now it has become a terrible knot. The dark circles underneath her eyes have gotten even worse. Giselle is as pale as a ghost, and her lips are chapped. Yvonne would go nuts once she sees her best friend’s face looking like this, and she'd blame it all on her late-night studying. Also, Yvonne would start calling it unhealthy or how psychopathic it is for Giselle to want nothing but to study 24/7.

LENA'S POV Three days before the Blood Moon, the nightmares started. Nightmares that felt like memories. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw fire, forest burning and dead wolves. I saw ancient stone ruins covered in blood and standing in the middle of it all was a woman with crimson eyes. She had my face, my hair and my eyes. The same woman from the six-hundred-year-old drawing. She never spoke a word, only watching me with those keen crimson eyes.

She continued reading: "While searching the Hoffman house, the officers found some drawings in Sandy Hoffman's room, drawings that some time later Adrien confirmed were real and that the man his brother was drawing as well." Below showed the pictures of the drawings Sandy had, Camilla froze and froze as she looked at them. Her breath hitched and her skin bristled, those drawings were the same ones Bea was doing. There was a tall man there, with no face and instead of hands tentacles. There were others that said "No. No. No. No" repeatedly, and another one with the phrase "Don't look out the window. There were more, which were like "He's there" "He's watching you" "He's getting closer" and so

I flipped the next paper, and froze. I looked over at him sleeping soundly on the bed and looked back at the drawing. Why would he draw this? It was an image of a lady with a red cloak. He had colored her with red. Then she was surrounded by green bushes. There were small rocks around the area. But what caught my attention the most, was his illustration of the pool of blood on the floor and a small child drowning in it. It was definitely the nightmares. I flipped through the other papers and saw other strange but similar drawings. A red eyed owl. An old house. And the last one was a drawing of an ancient Greek symbol. I couldn't place what it was.

She could see her young friend trembling where she sat. "So Bonnie, that's your name?" the drow asked. "So what can I do for you, Bonnie? What do you want?" "Actually..." Bonnie's voice shook with fear, "I was just gonna check on Ashvell." "Ashvell? Who's Ashvell?" The drow sat on the table behind Bonnie. She turned her stool around so they could both face Cassana. "Are you Ashvell?" she pointed at him with his dagger.

Adrien listened, his brow furrowed. “Your nightmares are becoming clearer,” he murmured. “They’re not nightmares,” she said. “They’re memories.” She reached into the drawer beside her bed and pulled out the sketch she’d taken from the basement — the one Cassia had drawn. “Look,” she said, holding it up. Adrien studied it. “It’s you.” “No. Look at the corner.” In the background, just behind her shoulder, was another face. Half-faded, but there. Another girl. Blonde. Smiling.

The next morning, Bonnie woke up at daybreak. She had been having nightmares all night. At first, the dream started with Christopher breaking all of her fingers, one at a time. After that, she dreamt that she had suffered a miscarriage, and Jim and Christopher were standing in front of her, laughing at her as she lay in a puddle of her blood. Christopher had told her that she was a stupid woman who refused to listen to his advice, whereas Jim sneered at her and said he would never fall in love with her.

“Melody is my mate. I want to surprise her tonight and spend some time alone with her.” “Is this some kind of joke you and Eric cooked up to embarrass her? I will not let you hurt her.” “She is my mate; I would never hurt her. I want her in my life forever.” “You’re not lying to me, are you? You really want her as your mate?” “Yes, Bonnie, I promise. She is sweet and after watching her here tonight I can’t get her out of my mind. Even my wolf won’t stop howling in my head.” Bonnie is a little reluctant at first until Drew puts his hands together like he is begging. The sight makes her smile. “I can bunk in another room tonight. Be nice to her, you hear me.”
