Well another one of my limited friend. 'You guys when the fuck are you coming outside?' Nina asked folding her hands. She was wearing a yellow crop top with a ripped blue boyfriend jeans. Her eyes examining both of us and her expressions judging our status. Seeing me still getting ready in front of the mirror she sighed. I quickened my pace as I didn't want to get scolded by this hot head. I fixed my pony tail and put on my glasses back. Nina walked close to me in her flat sandals, she really didn't need heels. She stood behind me and started coming my hairs from behind. Meticulously she also fixed my fringes and tucked some of them behind my ears.

Her face looks like a trophy that could not be torn or even stained with dirt. Nina's wearing a gray turtleneck that she partnered with an overall jumpsuit so she can hide the bruises on her arm and body. Her make-up is also quite thick so the redness of her cheeks and darkening of her eyes will not be obvious. "Good afternoon, Hayes." She greets him, she's trying to act natural and trying to ignore the pain she is experiencing every time she moves. His face was serene and bright when he entered but that changed as he stared at her properly, she couldn’t determine what he was thinking but he seemed to notice her condition and she didn’t know how he found out about that.

She swallowed like she was not excited, maybe asking him to increase it well enough would be better. "How much?" She asked. Richard pretend to think, he looked at Nina who had a smirk on her colored face. Her eyelids had two different colors, one blue the other pink, that would have been a huge problem if they weren't matching with her skimpy gown she wore, the back was open, showing that she might not be wearing a bra and might also be wearing a pink pant. "What do you think, Nina". "I think you follow your mind" Nina smiled "for I will say, she is really good".

Leona rolls her eyes but makes her way over nonetheless, Nadia following closely behind as she pushes through the hotel doors, four cards in her hand as she announces that she had gotten their room keys. “Okay,” Violet says, thanking the brunette as she joins them before moving on. “Are you ready, Livi?” The raven nods, a hum as she assures them that she was more than ready to get this blindfold off. “It’s been irritating my eyes for the past hour.” Leona chuckles. “Well, don’t worry. It’s time to take it off and I promise you, this was so worth it.” She says, reach around to untie the piece of fabric. “Ready?” She asks.

She said she needs “your eye before I fall in love with the wrong estate.” I stared at the screen. Wrong estate. Funny. Very funny. My life was being written by a drunk person who enjoyed foreshadowing far too much. Me: I’m bringing you. Nina: I can come, but I have a legal call at 4 about the Malibu contract. I can join remotely and stay on standby. I pressed my tongue to the roof of my mouth.

She heard a faint click—like a door quietly closing somewhere inside the apartment. Javier murmured sleepily from the couch, "Nina? Did you hear that?" Javier looked up, her brows knitting together as Nina asked, "Hear what?" "The balcony," Javier replied. Both women turned toward the glass door, noticing it was slightly open. Confident she had locked it, Nina gripped a heavy candle holder tightly and whispered, "Stay here." ​Moving with cautious steps, Nina walked toward the balcony where the curtains swayed gently in the cool night breeze. She stepped outside, but the balcony was entirely empty. Just as she turned to go back inside, a small black box near the railing caught her eye.

Aurora's POV I glanced toward Lira, pale and still under the blanket. The idea that her survival was on a clock made my vision blur. “There is another way,” Nina continued, lowering her voice. “But it’s ugly.” “Tell me.” “There are brokers,” she said. “Men who don’t touch the girls directly but handle logistics. Supply chains. Transport. Chemicals.” Her eyes flicked to me. “They drink at my club.” That didn’t surprise me. Nothing did anymore.

Nina was in the passenger seat, humming along to a song on the radio and munching on chips she swore she wasn’t going to eat. We were supposed to make a quick run to the East Ridge border — drop off a pack of moon herbs for Beta Lorne. Nothing dangerous, nothing exciting. Just a sister errand. But Nina never let anything be boring. “So,” she said, crunching loud enough to make me glare, “how’s your little love story going?” I rolled my eyes. “Don’t start.” “Don’t start what?” she grinned, kicking her feet on the dashboard. “You’re the one texting him every two seconds. Nigel this, Nigel that. ‘Oh, he sent me a moon emoji, maybe he means—’”

They were closed, Her facial expressions soft. “Hm” she hummed, and I smiled. She was awake but barely. “You fell asleep” I informed her praying to the moon goddess that she didn’t run from me. that she didn’t try to fight me just for a few moments at least. Nina’s pov- “Sorry” I apologised my voice low and sleepy as I rolled onto my side to face him, it was surreal I felt warm yet at the same time I could feel the goosebumps of the chill in the air.

Then I slammed it shut behind me. The bolt clicked loudly. Outside, Louise grabbed the handle immediately. It rattled under his grip. I ignored him. Instead, I walked over to the window. He moved to the window too and glared at me from the other side. Slowly and deliberately… I slid the blind shut. I saw his expression darkened as the blind shut down. Then I turned away from him. And finally looked at Naya. Up close, she looked even more fragile. Her breathing was shallow.
