A few seconds later and I saw him pulling out a black snake and grinning proudly at me. “Are you ready to run, princess!?” My eyes widened in horror when I saw him jogging back towards me with the snake in his hands. I screamed and began to run faster. “GET BACK!”

Rey stood firm, his grip on the branch tightening as he steeled himself for the confrontation with the snake. Rey stared at the snake, his mind focused on the task at hand. And with a swift move, he raised the branch and struck the snake with a powerful blow, aiming for the spot just behind its head. The snake's body recoiled, its tail thrashing wildly as it let out a menacing hiss. Without hesitating, Rey struck again, and again, each blow landing with more force than the previous one. The snake's struggles gradually began to weaken, its body going limp as the life drained from its eyes. Rey continued to strike until he was sure the snake was completely dead.

The snake collapsed, lying motionless on the ground. Its breathing was weak, and it appeared utterly defeated. But no one would pity it. Its inner core was an incredibly valuable prize, and any onlookers would undoubtedly be eyeing it greedily.

3rd Person The pups screamed in terror as the giant snake pursued them through the jungle, moving far faster than they thought should be possible. Their shifter bodies were fast, but they were still only children and struggling to get through the unfamiliar terrain. The anaconda on the other hand, was a native and had no problem navigating the complex terrain and thick vegetation of the forest floor. It surged through exotic botanicals, leaf litter and fallen trees, while the pups stumbled and scrambled to escape.

Justin stared at the dragon hovering inches away from him seemingly intrigued. “I have seen death and I have seen life, but not in all my travels have I found someone as peculiar as yourself.” He murmured before adding “I bet you don't even know what you are though.”

Jiu You was in a coma, and colorful rays of light circulated all over her body. "What a big snake! What kind of snake is it? It exudes fragrance." A warrior was shocked. Jiu You was a Colorful Hellish Python, a top monster. Although it had an animal body, it did not have the stench of snakes. Instead, it was filled with a light fragrance. At this time, Jiu You still emitted a faint fragrance of medicine probably because of the pollen she had just taken.

"That was a dangerous prank, man," I heard Jide's voice filter through my subconsciousness. "It was a grass snake. It is harmless," I recognized the voice of the boy with the snake. "She would not know that, Adel," I heard Jide say again. "That is what made the prank all the more cool," Adel chuckled lightly. "Not cool, Adel. Not cool. Do you know what might happen if Kevin heard a word of this?" Jide asked lowly.

The top portion of his body rolled up and loomed over her, peering down his nose at his prize. He was magnificent. Large, the dark serpent was like black obsidian, the majority of his scales iridescent with a blue and green shift. Even his ventral belly scales were black, the only other color on his body being a flame red stripe on either side, connecting from his lime green eyes all the way down to the tip of his tail. The elegant sight was lost on Shuule however, looking up wide eyed in terror. The snake had not shifted. Staying female didn't work. She figured he was about to eat her after all.

I’m unable to scream again, so I pray the Snakes have heard me. ‘Scream like that again, and I’ll snap your neck!’ He hisses. His eyes are dark and have a murderous look in them. He has a tattoo near his eye of a spider. He must be a Spider Back. I tremble in fear, my cheek hurts, and my neck and throat hurt. ‘Zurielle!’ My name is called out. It’s the Snakes; they’re looking for me. They must have heard me scream and noticed the door of the Snake Pit still wide open.
