Seems she’s going to meet some guy named Grant for a drink.” That made Adam stop. “What, like a date?” “No, they’re just friends.” Nick tried to act like he didn’t give a crap, but Adam had known him for over a decade, and nothing got past the guy. “From her time in Hong Kong.”

Nicko asked. “You seem quite intelligent, so I don’t need to explain it to you. Yes it is, and you can do it now!” Steve orders. Nicko nodded, and then he bent down and secretly smiled sinisterly. Not to clean Steve’s shoes, but he spat there instead. “Damn, what are you doing?” “Ha ha, you said your shoes are dirty. Didn’t I help you to clean them with my spit?” Nicko’s reply made Steve furious. Sara’s ex-husband turned to his three friends immediately and ordered him to execute Nicko. The three people grabbed Nicko’s hand behind his back and then led him into the common area.

They hear an upset Nick grumbling behind them, walking towards the table. "375! This world doesn't value nice guys like me!" Nick utters, taking his stuff from the table and sprinting through the door to run away from the humiliation. All of them breaks into soft laughter at Nick's misery. Killian pulls his seat closer to Sebastian while the shorter boy explains him something to which he doesn't pay any heed. His undivided attention is at Sebastian only while hundreds of thoughts run in his mind, all kind of nasty thoughts.
