Saving Grace
Damn, Ezekiel’s unexpected visit meant he wouldn’t be able to retreat to his warm bed anytime soon as he had thought he would be able to.
Opening the door, he revealed his younger sibling; a man who was the younger version of their father. Ezekiel stood at five foot nine, shorter than Noah, but possessed a strong build from his trainings back when he was in Quantico. In contrast, Noah’s own physique had been shaped by work and exercise in the gym he subjected himself to.
“Hey, brother,” Ezekiel greeted with a cheerful smile.
Noah nodded, holding the door open wider to let him in. “You didn’t tell me you were coming,” he remarked. “I could have been at work or in surgery.”
