I inhaled the fresh sweet of the garden with my eyes shut and breathed it out. I brought out a novel from my hand bag which I bought from a bookstore last week. The name of the novel was In His World written by an author named Russell. I was really enjoying the book, the book was about a weird prince called Chad and a woman named Amelia, it wasn't just a normal romance novel, it was filled with a lot of thrillers and interesting plot twists. The book was slow burn, In the current chapter I was in Prince Chad and Amelia had just started to get along with each other and this made me happy, but I was also very curious about the ending of the book, whether Prince Chad and Amelia would later fall

The reviews began arriving on Thursday. Patricia Osei had told me to read them but not to organize my understanding of the book around them because the book had been written for the women in the long middle and the women in the long middle were not the reviewers. The reviewers were the first room the book passed through on its way to the people it was for. The first review I read was from a literary publication that described the book as unflinching and specific and written with the particular authority of someone who had lived inside the thing she was describing rather than observing it from outside.
