Ch 2 Ben got to school pretty early the next day. He got to the homeroom class and met only two students in. A girl and Juel sitting together at the far end of the classroom. The girl was reading a novel while Juel was solving a math problem. He wasn’t even aware of Ben's presence in the classroom. Yeah, He is a nerd. Ben wasn’t surprised the students haven’t arrived because he was super early. Juel glanced up as Ben sat down making a little noise.

"There's a new transferee student from Coln High, she audition for it and she gets it" Coln High? Is she a drop out or got kicked. Coln high is a very high class university and only elites can get in to that. Maybe a kick out. I exhale sadly and pick the book on Ms. Addington's table. I prepare myself for the play and now I don't have anything to join. Not even a single one. It's always fu ll or they don't want me to. Maybe, i just gonna apply for the arts or the baking.

My block mates immediately turned their heads towards the person as well as me. My forehead slightly creased when I saw the President of the College Student's Council. It was very unusual for her to be lost here in our department. Well, there's a rumor that Nova, the Council President, once dated a student from the department of Business Ad, but the guy broke up with her. Unfortunately, she didn't took that so well since she's a prideful type of a person. She held a grudge towards the guy, and ever since then, she never steppee into the Business Ad's department anymore.

It was a creative writing class and over the years many of the short stories that I made in this class turned into full-blown novels. The only ones who know about those novels are Nathan and Lucas because quite a few of them are my more mature books. Lucas is my best friend so it is quite easy to tell him my different stories. It took a lot more time to be able to tell Nathan about them though. I guess I should be afraid that he would tell the whole school. For some reason, though I can't bring myself to be afraid. I guess I just can't see Nathan ever doing that to me.

Justin asked. "That is enough, that's not a nice way to welcome our new students. I know we have three scholarship student and another student who is not on scholarship." The teacher said, removing his glasses. He was a young man with full beards and a short wavy hair. "New students, please introduce yourselves and tell us a little about yourself." "I am Xander Andrews. A straight A student. A web designer, I am extraordinarily creative and competitive. I hate stupid people, and people who think too highly of themselves."

I firmly stood back to hundreds of students listening to my presentation as I explained the essence of concentrating and prioritising the study first. "Do you believe that there are tones of genius students who do stupid and idiotic decisions?" I asked walking back in forth in front of the huge projector. “Aren't you all aware that some of you are already doing that?" I added. "I beg to disagree, Ms. Neufeld," Cuts by Ms. Lee, she is our Filipino-Chinese class salutatorian who always failed to get the peak rank since our elementary days. She loves to make scenes whenever I'm presenting, explaining or whatever.

I mutter. Suddenly, a somewhat annoying handsome guy startles me from behind my chair, right behind where I'm sitting. "Hey, why keep studying? You're already smart," he says. His name is Devano Samuel Escapra, a student in 11th-grade science class (Grade 2 High School). He's my classmate, a handsome guy, a bad boy, a member of a motorcycle gang, and the only child of the owner of Escapra Gold Company, a small gold mining business. Unfortunately, he's also the most diligent student who always shows up in the counseling room. Not because of his achievements but because of the trouble he often causes.

How can act so casual after we did those things last night while I'm over here dying because the memory of it kept coming back. I was surprised he didn't try to have sex with me. Does he not want to? "Are you nervous about meeting your grandmother?" Stacy asked. I shook my head no. Okay I was lying. I was terrified. "Good. She seemed alright when I spoke on the phone with her. I'm sure things will work out for you," she said. I hoped so too. It was too late in the semester to change my classes to accommodate my disability so I was to go to my regular classes. All I could do was listen. The principal assigned a student aid to assist me to my classes. I hope she was nice.

Not yet. Let her be a kid a little longer. "Morning," Elena mumbled, shuffling into the kitchen in her school uniform. Her purple-dyed hair stuck up at odd angles. "Why are you guys up so early?" "Couldn't sleep," Nova said, forcing a smile. "Want pancakes?" "Sure." Elena grabbed her phone from the counter and scrolled while Nova cooked. "Oh, hey. Ms. Rodriguez assigned our new book for social studies. We're doing a unit on redemption and criminal justice."
