So, her hybrid witch cousin is the Luna of a werewolf pack and the leader of a coven. Her ranked supporters are her Gamma and Delta females, one of whom I assume is also a witch. As Zoe said, one does more for the coven than the pack.

He had Judy mentally command Ferrivor, to scoop some water in its mouth and bring it to them. The creature obeyed, poured it into the bowl, then went back to its perch.
